Thank you for a positive experience. We dropped our dog off at a local medical clinic to wait for a few hours.The entire staff is very friendly. I saw the managers helping out w/cleaning and organizing the back. This is a very clean cafe. Took one star off because they got wiped out by a large impromptu order that cleaned out the bagels.I also love that this location includes college-aged staff that are UCSD students and people of color. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 items only received one. Had to return at the end of my work day for refund. No apologies for inconvenience then I see on the refund receipt I was supposed to have received a treat to make up for their mistake. This is not the first or second or even the third time my order was incorrect.

This is a $5 fruit cup from Panera. They never fill the cup with fruit! There's no consistency in the food items. You'll order a warm bowl and receive a salad with some rice added, an egg sandwich will have half the amount of egg it should, if they get all the ingredients right, it's all in a pile in the center of the sandwich because the can't be bothered to spread the ingredients across the bread...just sick of it
