This is a $5 fruit cup from Panera. They never fill the cup with fruit! There's no consistency in the food items. You'll order a warm bowl and receive a salad with some rice added, an egg sandwich will have half the amount of egg it should, if they get all the ingredients right, it's all in a pile in the center of the sandwich because the can't be bothered to spread the ingredients across the bread...just sick of it

The worst Panera bread so far. Employees were rude, food came wrong, there were dogs barking inside of the store, a whole classroom came to the store and used all the space, without consumption. Is all good, but this is disrespectful with paying customers. Other folks were unable to seat...Disastrous!!!

Thank you for a positive experience. We dropped our dog off at a local medical clinic to wait for a few hours.The entire staff is very friendly. I saw the managers helping out w/cleaning and organizing the back. This is a very clean cafe. Took one star off because they got wiped out by a large impromptu order that cleaned out the bagels.I also love that this location includes college-aged staff that are UCSD students and people of color. Thank you for supporting these kids ?

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 items only received one. Had to return at the end of my work day for refund. No apologies for inconvenience then I see on the refund receipt I was supposed to have received a treat to make up for their mistake. This is not the first or second or even the third time my order was incorrect.
Being a member of the sip club I usually come around and get a hot coffee whenever I'm close to a Panera bread. Sometimes I'll grab a bite to eat also because I do like Panera food. To get some coffee and a light meal. With a smile by the staff member at the front counter. He seems so nice. I got myself the broccoli cheddar soup and my girlfriend got the tomato soup.. obviously I got my sip club coffee and she ordered herself at iced tea. It was cheesy and had a good broccoli element to it. I could actually taste a little bit of a broccoli that was in there. Ask for my girlfriend's tomato soup she wasn't too fond of it. She said it was not very flavorful. Guess we won't be trying next time again. Was hard to go wrong. It's hard to mess up a sandwich with egg and sausage and cheese. it's nothing to write about but it did satisfy our hunger. I always liked coming into Panera for lunch or late afternoon snack because it does feel healthy. This Panera is actually pretty nice because it has a drive-thru and it's fairly clean inside. So I like to come here and drive by to get my coffee.

I've been to a few locations in San Diego. This location by far has the worse service. When I pulled up to the drive through no one was in front of me. The worker said she'll be with me in a minute. I waited a few minutes at least before she took my order. I noticed on my receipt that they had charge me for the wrong drink. I showed the worker and with attitude and unprofessionalism she cut me off rudely and said " I"lll check". And sighed loudly.She came back with my receipt and said online prices are different than drive through. I didn't order online I ordered at the drive through. They charged me for a to go item (more expensive than a fountain drink) and gave me a smaller fountain drink. She was very rude, wasn't trying to hear what I was saying and very dismissive of me. As I was getting ready to leave the drive through. In the back ground another worker yelled "thank you.. you have your order" in a loud condescending way.I've never had such rude and unprofessional customer service. I also agree with the other reviews. It's pretty pricey for a basic sandwich/soup/ salads.I would not recommend this place.

Not sure why I didn't discover this Panera location even though it's been here for 2 years already. I can say that it still looks brand new, decent parking spaces with drive thru included; and the interior looks pretty clean as well.Following the lawsuit against their company, all their Panera locations now have to get rid of the charge drinks, if you want to buy them, you have to let one of the employee know to get it for you. I am on their unlimited drinks program for a long time, I could confirm that their caffeinated drinks didn't kill me or driving me crazy, I guess the person who suffered from it must have drank a tons uncontrollably, but oh well it ruined the experience for everyone else nationwide. Now that I found out about this spot, I can make a quick stop here in the future.
