Taco Bell in San Diego

“This was an interesting experience in Taco Bell because someone told us that At Taco Bell, we will have an amazing experience. We arrived to Taco Bell at 2 pm, first i notice that they have a very nice and comfortable establish, they have too much new things and its is more versatile than other restaurants, I order the food the total cost was of 14.59 dollars some expensive for my opinion, other way the service was too fast I less than 10 minutes my food was ready, then I pick up the food and went outside to try the food, the both tacos where crunchy and very tasty, so good, the slush was sweet and cold, and the nacho fries were salty and very good with the cheese. In conclusion a very nice experience in the restaurant, very good service and to pleasant, but not least very good food“

“I have been coming to this specific location since 2010. It's a gem of a place. I'm sure the employees have changed many times between now and 16 years ago, but, I have always received great customer service nonetheless. There is a young man that works there now and I am not sure if he is the manager or cashier but he is great with customer service. He is polite, well spoken, and you get the feeling that he cares about your dining experience. Maybe his name is Antonio, but I'm not sure. Anyways, great job. The food quality is pretty consistent here. The only complaint i have is that, I think, a few years back, all taco 🌮 🔔 locations changed their portion sizes. So now if you order a regular soft taco you get a lot less meat at a lot of places. I always pay $1 extra for extra beef and this location always hooks the tacos 🌮 up nice and fat bien gorditas. Comfortable place to eat as well.“

“The manager here is AWESOME!!! Arianna was super helpful and made my day a thousand times better! I had the engine blow up on my car, which was going to be 8K to fix. So my life is in turmoil, so I was having a TERRIBLE day. She went above and beyond all my expectations! In the vast sea of endless monotonous fast food chains, she makes this one stand out just because she works here i will be going out of my way to drive a little further and pass up 2 other taco bells. She needs a raise!!! Thank you arianna!!!!“

“The food and service are usually very good. But several times now when I have arrived at the drive-thru a few minutes before closing time they have either ignored me sitting waiting to give my order or have straight up told me that they stop taking orders. If a business has posted their hours open until 3:00 a.m. then you should be taking orders up until 2:59 a.m. at least.“

“I went early this morning (9/28) around 2:30am not expecting them to be open (I'd tried 3 other 24/7 locations of another chain and was about to give up). But they were open! The crew had such a great attitude and were very patient with me. My food came out quickly and efficiently too. They were truly welcoming.

I'm leaving this review because I found out they can't receive tips here, which made me sad. They deserve a ton of appreciation, so I'm hoping management sees this and knows they have a great team at this location.“

“This taco bell has good food but it's also one of the only locations in the area that actually has the prices as advertised. So many taco bells are franchised so they advertise one price ($9.99) but when you get there it's a much higher price ($14.99) for the same item. This location is one of the good ones.“

“A couple nights ago I went to drive thru and when I came home I realized my order was wrong. I called and spoke to Ray and he was really helpful at making sure I would be taken care of the next time I stop by. Today, I stopped by and mentioned I had spoken to Ray about the situation and Elliott was really sweet and kind taking care of it for me. Customer service is everything!“

“Across the board I think it's just as good as any other tacobell/KFC. But I gotta give a shout out to Willie. Professionalism and charisma that I feel is above and beyond what I'd expect from a fast food place. Give that man a raise“

“This is across the street from me so I've come here like four times in the past two weeks. It's fast food 🤷🏻‍♂️ nothing special but they make it acceptable. The cashier's could use a bit more training though. They didn't know how to ring up my meal at one point for Taco Bell and I had to stand there for five minutes waiting for a manager and when I got sick of waiting, finally I changed my order to a combo meal.“

“This is literally the best Taco Bell I have ever been to. After an extremely unsatisfactory meal from the CMR Taco Bell a month ago, I was reluctant to go here, but it was late, and my friends insisted.

That said, this Taco Bell was a breath of fresh air! Despite its odd location, it was very clean and bright inside. Service was friendly and quick. The food add clearly been prepared with care, and was as fresh as fast food could be.“

Obviously they're trying to save money and I understand but it's not ideal and the food's very expensive and it's just the same as it's always been.“

“The food is what you expect. It's the same age time and if you like something you're going to like it. The service, of course, has devolved into screens, mostly the atmosphere is basic boring as everyone knows to me. The biggest issue is what they charge for a simple taco like a Cordia crunch, it's $6.50, which I think is insane. It should be cheaper now that there are fewer people around., since no one's really taking orders , but no , it's more expensive.“
