“Went on July 27th at 7:30pm. Everywhere we've been that has automatic kiosks has had mediocre service, but here, we felt taken care of by the staff, only waiting 30 seconds to a minute for counter service, and the food was fresh and warm. Everyone we talked to had great attitudes. Our daughter had a spill and they replaced the drink and didn't let us feel bad about it. Thank you everyone for being amazing! We'll be back.“
“I don’t typically give fast food 5/5 star ratings, and I honestly don’t even really like Taco Bell to begin with, but I’m gonna go ahead and say I simply had an unusual experience out here at this TC location on N. Magnolia in El Cajon.
My truck’s starter went out in the parking lot next door, and when I turned and noticed the well-lit Taco Bell beside me, I shrugged and walked toward it, knowing not much could make this evening worse.
The interior of this Taco Bell was immaculately cleanly. It was spotless. Everything looked dang near new! I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with jalapeños added, a beef taco, and a Pepsi Zero at the kiosk.
The girl working at the counter walked my food to me, smiling while saying “have a good night.” The food was pretty solid. This obviously isn’t fine dining, but it tasted as fresh as Taco Bell can get. I smothered my items in Diablo and Fire sauces, and demurely dipped my Pepsi Zero. I walked out to an Uber reliving my unusual TC meal in my head. Give it a shot.“
“This particular Taco Bell is the best one in El Cajon. Always friendly staff, I will say about 99% accurate on orders and it's always fresh and hot. My friends and I frequent this place at least 1-2x a week if we can. If you even make an order customized they do it right! Dine in or drive through or on the app, it's always nice to come to this location.“
