“Unbeatable customer service!! I've ordered the same thing for years and today was the first time it got messed up. They were unbelievably polite and I got like 7 apologies in total from multiple people who were appalled that it happened. Whoever does the hiring at this place deserves a raise because all your staff are gems in a world where customer service is dead and buried!“
“The soda machine has been broken for two months. This quite disappointing! Don't get me wrong the staff is great, but they have better the things to do! Instead of stopping what they are doing to refill my cup, not just my cup everyone else's!! As an owner i would think about labor cost over repairs cost, not to mention customer service!“
