“Night Manager Adrianna!!! was very rude was not trying to help us asked for her to please remake a Mexican pizza for us she told us she couldn’t remake it (even tho it was already paid for) told us she can just put the beans n everything on the side we asked nicely again we paid can you please remake it she didn’t want to do it told us we couldn’t get a refund either cause it was on EBT so she didn’t want to remake the food or even try to help the situation instead she felt so scared by me and my husband just talking to her didn’t cuss her out or anything she hid in the corner on the phone she didn’t want to come back out to talk to us then she finally came out from hiding and said she called the police on us not once did we do anything to her but yell because we was frustrated with how she acted was so unprofessional and you called urself the manager she wasn’t listening to us wasn’t tryin to help kept saying smart remarks trying to be funny like we didn’t know what we was talking about felt like Adrianna was racist towards us you called the police on us for asking you to remake our food we already paid for!!! Adrianna is the worst most unprofessional manager she needs to be fired she’s unprofessional and could’ve even giver her full name but of course she records us how funny don’t come here these workers are lazy!!! Girl in the purple hoodie I watched her cough without covering her mouth didn’t even wash her hands they don’t wear gloves when they make the food can literally see in the photo they have no gloves on it’s disgusting this how they serving everybody“

The friendly and helpful staff at this location corrected the problem and served me the freshest and tastiest Taco Bell taco and burrito I've had in quite some time. I’ve been a regular customer at this Taco Bell location for several years, and I’ve noticed remarkable improvements in the staff’s attitude and service. In the past, the experience was often slow and disorganized, but the new team has truly turned things around.

One standout employee is a young African American gentleman who consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and professionalism. He’s always proactive, keeping the dining area clean and engaging with customers in a friendly, respectful manner. It’s clear he’s dedicated to his role and has a natural leadership presence.

There’s also another Real young Caucasian team member who is equally friendly and courteous, making each visit pleasant. The overall atmosphere at this location has become much more positive and efficient.
