I had a problem with my debit card chip it still works but you have to slide it & then I put my pin#. I let drive thru person know this but of course they I there don't listen or care about service. I was a bit upset but I left cuz the person couldn't slide it to make the card work. So I went 2blocks away to 7/11 ATM were I was able to pull out the $needed to pay for the order. I go back to Taco Bell I didn't want them to make all the extra food for nothing. I do want to apologize...read full review
Tacos were cold. The shells were stale. Didn’t get extra beef like we ordered, barely even got any. Crunchwrap barely had any chicken as well. At least the we got the tacos we ordered.
