“We were on our way to Palm Springs when we found this hidden gem by Riverside.

As the name suggests, this spot is mainly about Birria . If you like Birria , you will love this place. I was hoping to get few other options in my tacos (Chicken , Pork ...) but they only had chicken wings and for Tacos, only the Birria meat.

We went for standard QueseoBirrias and it was very good. A bit over greasy per my wife but I loved it. The consume that we ordered on the side was very good too. Service is standard that you would expect out of a casual place like this. Ambience also is pretty routine.

“We love Veg n Go! I get the Sunnyburger and wild style cross cut fries. She likes the Wild West burger and sweet potato fries. They’ve got really nice coconut beverages and the chocolate chip cookies are incredible. Always friendly service and I get healthcare worker discount. I couldn’t give a perfect score on atmosphere because I’m a music snob and the tunes they bump ain’t my thing but that’s cool. Oh yeah the Star salad w crispy un-chicken rocks! Love their ranch dressing!“

“Some sketch behavior last time I was there from one of the employees (hadn't seen him there before) - paying people off the street, dropping bags behind that side door, calling people for cash - I dunno! I just hope nothing shady - don't want to be around it if so! He was friendly though and the food is still yummy!!!

Update 08/26/24: Been here a few more times... I keep intending to try other items, but that taco plate calls my name EVERY time! ;P And it never disappoints!! Different staff member this time but just as friendly. Keep supporting small businesses like this that offer a quality product, good value, and great attitudes/customer service!

Let me start this out by saying, I am picky about my meat!! I usually will try a carne asada taco & maybe beans/rice at a place, as a test item to see if I'll order more and go back.

Tacos here are meaty and have great flavors!! Not chopped up gristle & fat either but pure chunks of meat and each taco is generously stuffed! Staff are extremely nice and hard working! I'll be craving these and now I have to go back to try the chile relleno burrito!!

I got a generous taco plate w/ 3 (fat) tacos (beans & rice), Mexi coke bottle, and left a tip, all for around $20.

“The food is good. My wife had the Fajita baked potato and I had the pork chop dinner. Everything was really good. Our server was very attentive and nice. We have also been here for breakfast when it is extremely busy and our experience was the same friendly staff, good food, clean restaurant. I like the small town feel you get here.“

“This place is pretty good . We had the fish taco meal for about $13 dollars . Came with rice and beans . Let me tell you the tacos were piping hot and fresh 10/10 . They will bring you lemons and peppers witch I have to also add the pepper was seasoned, now that was a game changer , I spilt it open took the seeds out and I lace it on my tacos 10/10 . We also shared 3 rolled tacos . It was also good but I will add pretty expensive but definitely worth every penny . We used the chips they gave us as nachos with the green sauce they have and leftover beans rice and other leftover veggies . All in all a perfect meal .. I complemented the chef cause if the food is perfect the chef should know . Oh and horchata taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch milk . 10/10 but no refill . Only juices are free refill . Next time“

“Great flavor on all meats pastor, asada, cabeza and other organs (soo good). The team lost some people due to the city forcing all vendors to actual food trucks, seems like they let some folks go. But the flavor is still the same. Self serve sauces, and they have this super hot one in a pour handle. If you like spice try it. The green avacado sauce is less spicy and my 2nd favorite sauce. The portion does seem smaller than prior to the food truck.“

I have never had a complaint until the last 3 months with my favorite chili cheese fries. Whoever is make the chili now is over doing it with the pepper 🌶️ It’s too hot and no enough chili for the mountain of fries Please go back to the original recipe and portion size.
