“Tried this place for the first time today (9/19/2025) and it is the best birrieria I have ever had! Staff was super friendly and helpful, atmosphere was spacious, temperature was cool and the restaurant was not dirty! Price was also very reasonable!“

“I will need to try this again. I want to make sure I am not being crazy. But I almost chose a 5th star, and I still might. Tiny location but nice people and legit family owned type of place. I had a fish taco which I very much enjoyed and the surf and turf fries. Dang those fries are good.“

“A small restaurant with delicious, fresh food. We ordered a carne asada torta and a machaca burrito, both were very delicious. The restaurant is also cozy with about 10 tables and many food options, from Mexican food (tacos, burritos, tortas) to american (hamburgers, chicken sandwiches). They offer beer, aguas frescas and sodas“

“Amazing hidden gem with authentic homestyle flavor and decent amount of food for a great price. Totally worth it. Come and support your local family run business. I will definitely try their whole menu as the burrito de asada, birria taco plate and surf and turf fries did not disappoint but rather surprised with the amount of flavor. “The Jack app needs work…after waiting in the drive up 7 min, i was at the window 15 min waiting for the order that, it seems wasn’t prepared till I got to the window BAD!!!!!!!! The ultimate cheese burger was the BEST EVER! But y’all gave me the spicy tacos (WRONG) and an extra Chicken Sandwich (was perfect) and an extra Jr burger Soooooo y’all need to try a bit harder The app should work smoother“

“Food was great. Came in on a Sunday morning and cashier was not very kind. She didn’t even bother to open our coke bottles. I definitely recommend coming in on a weekend afternoon, that’s when I usually go in. Portions are great and service is wayy better. The staff is super kind and the cashier, Mari, has great customer service. But overall great experience.“

“I’ve had the Taco Machine Mobile Catering Co. for a couple of events, both personal and work-related. They’re amazing! They handle small personal events exceptionally well and, for larger events with a higher guest count, they’re incredibly organized and precise. Everything runs smoothly and is done in an orderly fashion. They also have such a great attitude and are always happy to work with us. Miguel, in particular, is a great person to work with. He has many years of experience that shows through his work and the great food they serve.“

“Got off of a long day of work and really needed something to fill me up. Went to this jack and the service was amazing, I had ordered 10 tacos 3 large fries and a Diet Coke with sauce and the food came out supper quickly and very tastily... the young lady who helped me today was very kind as well since I needed to catch my breathe after walking into the store I believe her name was lili. Great workers great food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The picture is after I finished all the food.“

“As soon as I walked in, three employees welcomed me. I had left McDonald's on Day St, poor customer service. I was waiting for about 10 minutes and they never got to me so that's when I decided to go Jack in the Box. I will be returning
I just wanted to give an update on my previous review. I come here once or twice per week, AC is cold, food is good, I appreciate the friendly employees. But sometimes as I sit here, as I did last week, I notice how the homeless come in and help themselves to the soda dispenser, and then walking out without paying; dirty hands, dirty clothing, they look like they haven't taken a shower in months. You have people sitting here eating, but when they come in and put their hands all over the soda dispenser, using dirty cups, it's just very unsanitary and disgusting. I'll keep coming but I wish they'd do something about it like McDonald's has.“

“Sometimes the employees have a little bit of negativity or judgment against certain patrons that come in for example: the less fortunate or the homeless that come and spend their money just like everybody else. I've noticed this attitude towards certain patrons on multiple ocations visiting this Jack in the box. I myself have been in that same boat in my life and to be treated LESS THAN at a fast food restaurant is ridiculous. They are human beings just like the rest of us and deserve respect specially if they show nothing but kindness and respect towards everybody else.“
