“Anytime we happen to get fast food, which is rare, the Del Taco off of Cherry in Beaumont is our go to! They never disappoint. Food is always fresh, they never forget any of our order and when we ask for a handful of hot sauce they give a us a big handful not just 3 or 4. We love our hot sauce! We our pretty simple and order the Del Tacos, Bold Green Burritos or spicy chicken and classic chicken burritos.“

“The service was polite and quick. Fries were crunchy and hot. Their cheapest horrible tacos were delicious. They are my guilty pleasure. Lol And I'm not a pumpkin spice person, but I had their shake and it was really good! I loved the crushed ginger snaps on top.“

“There was no ice out front, so the cashier took our large soda cups back to put ice in them. Great. When we used the machine to diapense the soda, there was no carbonation. We asked if they could fill the drinks from the machine in the back. She said there was no carbonation there either, but she'd try to get carbonation to the machine out front. Then she signaled us to run it a little. So I filled up my cup halfway and then emptied it. We I tried ir again it was still flat. So no money back and no soda. Pretty frustrating for me.

The food is still fantastic. Now there is NO service. You order from a screen where the server used to be. Unappealing.

“husband ordered the all meat (pollo/chicken) with no onions and added cheese. Said it was amazing and the chicken was perfectly grilled. I however did not favor my meal. I ordered the meat (half pastor/half lingua) nachos. I think I expected either homemade nacho cheese sauce or cheese blend on chips then put under broiler to melt. what I got was canned nacho cheese sauce that had been thinned down with water as it was rather soupy. The chips sadly turned to mush due to the watery cheese sauce and the easily half cup of red sauce that was poured over the top. Sadly I cannot tell you if the meats were good because they were drowning in red sauce. For 14.00 I expected better quality. we will go back, I will order 2 tacos no sauce next time.“

“First time going here so I had to order 3 burritos and a drink. BR&C, Carne Asada and a Red burrito. Took some nibbles out of all 3. Didnt set the world on fire, but, the hot sauce did. They sell the spicy hot sauce. They don't give it away. They give away mild. However, I was in luck. The cashier charged me for 2 drinks and not 1. So, I said, give me the $3.64 cents worth of the spicy and call it a day. She hooked it up. And if you like spicy like myself, do it. All and all great experience and I will be back.“

“We tried the Taco Shack for the first time tonight, the customer service was by far the best I have experienced in a long time, everyone is kind and has a smile on their face! We ordered the “Downtown Tacos” with different kinds of meat and they were great! Rice and beans are perfect and the taquitos are amazing! The hot salsa has great flavor. We will definitely be back to enjoy good food and the patio dining! 😊🌮😋“

“Me and my wife came for the 49ers vs Seahawks playoff game. It was really busy but expected to be at this time. Food took a little while but understood with so many orders they had to fill. It was really good! We ordered chicken wings (big pieces! And we’ll done) jalapeño poppers, onion rings and a personal sized pepperoni pizza. Good family atmosphere, and wanna come back with some more friends and family!“

“This may sound strange but this Jack in the Box is the BEST. The staff is ridiculously friendly. No bad attitudes or hurry-up-and-get-outta-here service. Just enthusiasm and pep. And not the fake kind. It's genuine. The food is still Jack in the Box; hits the spot when you're in the mood.

Went to this jack and the service was amazing, I had ordered 10 tacos 3 large fries and a Diet Coke with sauce and the food came out supper quickly and very tastily... the young lady who helped me today was very kind as well since I needed to catch my breathe after walking into the store I believe her name was lili.
