I hadn't been to a Jack in the Box for several years, and I now know why. Service is a bit slow, Etienne and the in-store atmosphere is very average. But the food, over the years, has markedly deteriorated. There are fewer items on the menu and the quality of the items gives the fast food genre its bad reputation. I'll not be returning to Jacks.
Nice. Not real friendly to walk up, food was standard fare however I finally saving my order I was given a friendly smile and white appeared to be a genuine have a nice day. It was late in the day and even I had an attitude. That smile really helped me through the rest of my day and allowed me to shed some of the negative that I had accumulated during the day. Food was the same, the attitude changed the game.
