Great job great service 👍😘
Food is ok. Prices are reasonable. Little bit noisy when high school kids are around. On slow hours is really peaceful. Thumbs up.
The chicken was ok but the cookies ! Omg is a 100/10 best ones ever, idk I don't know who baked the cookies, but that person needs a raise! Takes a lot like the ones from a pink box if you know which brand I talking

The KFC restaurant in Redlands has received mixed reviews from customers. While the food is generally considered hot, fresh, and true to the classic KFC taste, the customer service and cleanliness of the establishment have been major concerns. Some customers have reported unfriendly staff, with one reviewer noting a lack of a smile when placing an order and the staff repeatedly asking "is that all?" The dining room and restrooms have also been described as dirty and nasty. Additionally, the orders are sometimes inaccurate, with the staff struggling to differentiate between chicken parts. Despite these issues, one customer stated they would return to the KFC, but likely not to the Redlands location, as the prices were also considered high.
