I walked in to get a simple chocolate shake for my husband. Stood in the empty lobby, directly within view of all the kitchen staff. After waiting for a good 2 minutes, I was finally noticed by a staff member and she took my order. The drive thru was busy but the inside of the store was almost deserted so being completely ignored for more time than it took to complete my order was ridiculous.
My order taker was not friendly , got the order wrong . Make sure you check the order at the window . Poor service thru the drive thru. Just his manners I would retrain this employee!!!
Just cant seem to get an order complete or correct either one is usually how it goes
