The best customer service I have encountered at this place (Jack in the Box) they have the lobby so spotless and the restroom was the cleanest restroom I have ener used. Well done staff n management.
Diane(?) made our day. After getting frustrated with McD's shift supervisor, we walked out and crossed the street for Jack in the Box instead. Diane is the total opposite... she's very warm, friendly, PROFESSIONAL, and totally accommodating.We came back July 4th because of Diane. She's not around, but the manager who served us has the same demeanor... very warm, friendly, attentive, and PROFESSIONAL.We added more food to our orders because of their excellent customer management.

Do not order delivery from any of the Jack in the Boxes, if you are expecting condiments. I have ordered deliver 3 times from this jack and the box and 2 other times from the other one and they didn’t provide syrup for my French toast, any sauce for my chicken tenders or hot sauce for my tacos. They don’t give you ability to pick condiments a la carte OR through order notes.
