This place is a taco stand. They have enclosed seating and outdoor seating. Very small place. Just recently heard they were opened. When I was a kid I use to eat at the location of Mount Vernon and Mill St in San Bernardino. This place took me back to my childhood. Still taste the same as I remember it.
