“I’ve been eating at Rosa Maria‘s since the early 70s. On my 30th birthday, 1978, I received a box of Rosa Maria‘s burritos as I did on my 74th birthday in Utah. I drove down from Utah on or about 15 October 2022 and immediately went to Rosa Maria‘s for a garbage burrito. I have never been so disappointed. You can’t eat in the store, the staff acted like it was an imposition to serve me and the garbage burrito tasted like it’s name sake, garbage. The tortilla was dry there was hardly any meat in it. What happened? Are you writing a book on how to make a restaurant fail ? The next day I went to El burrito in Redlands for a decent burrito. If you continue your practices you will go out of business.“

“After trying all the local joints in Redlands like El Burrito, Cuca's, Rosa Maria's, Del Valle, etc. I gotta hand it to Abelinos. I ordered the burrito lengua and my god.. tender, fatty, moist, and so flavorful. Their salsa roja has a deep and intense flavor unlike other places where it just makes your burrito wet.

If you combine the tortilla from El Burrito + everything else from Abelinos, you would melt people's minds but... wishful thinking.

Can't wait to come back!

“Have been visiting Jose's Mexican Food for over 5 years now. This is ALWAYS my go to spot for Mexican food when I'm in the mood. Food is always fresh,hot and made to order. Burrito bowls, asada fries ,carnitas they're all very well done! From coming here for a casual dinner,to celebrating special moments ,I always think of Jose's for Mexican food. So thankful that they managed to survive the pandemic. I even chose to eat here with the family when I graduated college. This place is delicious, always ALWAYS clean and staff is always friendly. I usually order the Pueblo Burrito Jose's Special in a bowl, with a Jarritos Locos on the side. Very delicious 😋 my go-to Mexican food place. The staff exceeds customer service, and always greets us as soon as we walk in the door. The salsa bar is always clean and fully stocked with a large variety of options for different salsas.“

“Had lunch today at Primos and WOW! The Ahbundogas soup 🍜 is the best we’ve ever had. Four large meatballs that alone taste 👅 flavorful. come with rice and portion was great. even a little to take home for later. definitely coming back!“

“We had a wonderful experience at Miguel’s Jr.! We enjoyed the Garbage Carne Asada Burrito, the Cali Burrito, a Bean & Cheese Burrito, and a refreshing Horchata. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The carne asada was well-seasoned, the burritos were generously filled, and the horchata was the perfect complement to the meal.

What made our visit even more special was having the opportunity to meet Mary Vazquez. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in her guests’ experience. It was refreshing to see an owner personally checking on customers, making sure the food tasted great and that everyone was receiving excellent service.

The combination of delicious food, friendly staff, and hands-on leadership made this a memorable visit. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Miguel’s Jr. to anyone looking for great Mexican food and outstanding customer service! 🌯🥤✨“

“Good food. The supreme chips and supreme fries are really good. My kids really like the bean and cheese burrito and the bean and rice burrito. They make a really good carne asada bean and rice burrito as well.

“You will not find a more authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. I grew up in Rosarito Beach, Mexico where there is a variety of Mexican food from different parts of the country. The most impressive aspect is that you can order Caldo de Birria, Menudo, Pozole, De Res, De Pollo, 7 Mares , Camarón, Pescado... MOLE all from one place and on ANY day of the week(very unusual) and it’s SPECTACULAR! If someone asked me to take them out for authentic Mexican food, this would be the place I’d take them. I’ve never seen so much variety in one restaurant! Many are difficult entrees and they are all executed perfectly. Best Mexican food restaurant I’ve EVER encountered. Every dish I’ve ordered has been delicious and authentic... tastes like home. Hands down my favorite 🤩! Also, the horchata is amazing. Can’t go wrong!“

“You'll find Fred's Red Tacos among the eateries at The Riverside Food Lab. There are a number of options to choose from but if you like birria, then you gotta check out Fred's! It was my first time trying their Original Quesatacos which they describe as 3 cheesy red birria tacos fried to a perfect crisp and prepped with Serrano sauce and pickled onion. It came highly recommended and it did not disappoint...so good! I also washed down my meal with one of their refreshing agua frescas. I was only able to try one item off their Birria Creations menu, but I def want to come back and try more!“

“I am not a drinker; but I was hung over and wanted a good place for menudo. Lol OMG. . . with all of the closures, and small choice of authentic Mexican food without a crazy drive to a different county, I finally popped in as it was calling my name. Great food, great smiles on all the customer service, and when the green sauce is hotter than the red, you know it's a gem. Very fresh, very yummy. “Me and my wife came for the 49ers vs Seahawks playoff game. It was really busy but expected to be at this time. Food took a little while but understood with so many orders they had to fill. It was really good! We ordered chicken wings (big pieces! And we’ll done) jalapeño poppers, onion rings and a personal sized pepperoni pizza. Good family atmosphere, and wanna come back with some more friends and family!“

“I've been going to taco to a sense the 1960's. It was University Blvd. The building was a dark brown. My favorite was the Taco Burger. My grandparents liked the bean and cheese in the cup. They were from down south and didn't understand or like corn tortillas or floured tortillas. I've been a customer of taco tia for over 60 years. Before interstate 10 was built.

“Food is delicious and authentic The. Enchiladas are my favorite. They taste the closest to my moms , having that sweet and spicy flavor with a touch of Mexican chocolate. The hardshell tacos are also our family's favorite. A favorite quick stop for a delicious bite when we're in the Loma Linda area.“

“We tried the Taco Shack for the first time tonight, the customer service was by far the best I have experienced in a long time, everyone is kind and has a smile on their face! We ordered the “Downtown Tacos” with different kinds of meat and they were great! Rice and beans are perfect and the taquitos are amazing! The hot salsa has great flavor. “Delicious Mexican food! Made fresh in front of you. Fairly priced. House dressing is to die for. Open kinda late. Highly recommend the shredded chicken salad! Also recommend ordering online for quick pick-up though. It can get busy! ...but check your order before you leave. I've had them forget items or my dressing before. USE THE APP: great rewards, and easy to earn $10 toward future purchases. I wish there were more locations closer to me!“

“Today is Monday Feb 16, 2026 (Presidents Day). I came for some chili fries. The air conditioning was too cold and blowing on my table, it was blowing my napkin, the little paper cup, and most of all it was making my food get cold. I did not enjoy my meal today. I did not ask them to turn it down in consideration of others. Some people may like it cold, me, I prefer it warm. The restroom was overly warm at least 80°F. Did I mention that it was also raining. Why would they have the air on in this type of weather? Come on R Burgers!!“

“Good food overall, and the taco bar with all the condiments and toppings was awesome. The shrimp zarandeado was bomb, and the michelada was on point. The ceviche leaned more toward a shrimp cocktail flavor than a traditional ceviche. A couple of details need attention, though: the bathroom had no paper towels, and for the prices, they really should be serving Mexican limes instead of yellow lemons. Real limes make a huge difference with mariscos and tacos. Tighten up those details, and this spot goes to another level.“

“I went here on lunch today with a coworker & got the half chicken dinner for myself to go. The chicken was tender, hot, & juicy with a delicious citrus lime flavor. The sides of potato salad, rice, beans, tortillas, & salsa were great, I especially liked the beans. I will definitely go here again.“

“Taco Tuesday at Baker’s in Redlands with egg tacos in hard taco shells! Eating them slowly to savor the flavor and relish in the memories!!“

“My favorite fast food franchise for now. Chipotle is good competition, but if you're creative, you can create something healthy - just drink lots of water and make sure to balance with fiber.

I tend to go vegetarian, though I recommend adding red cabbage and maybe substituting the romaine lettuce with it for that extra crunch.

Tomatoes and jalapenos help too- not sure if they have red onions and they could definitely use sweet potatoes as a desert fry.

As far as my impression of the place, I'm sad that corporate is so gung -ho about phasing out the dining space. It was a great place to hangout with friends and discuss life.

The staff are great! It's a shame that the work model is unsustainable...
