“I’ve been eating at Rosa Maria‘s since the early 70s. On my 30th birthday, 1978, I received a box of Rosa Maria‘s burritos as I did on my 74th birthday in Utah. I drove down from Utah on or about 15 October 2022 and immediately went to Rosa Maria‘s for a garbage burrito. I have never been so disappointed. You can’t eat in the store, the staff acted like it was an imposition to serve me and the garbage burrito tasted like it’s name sake, garbage. The tortilla was dry there was hardly any meat in it. What happened? Are you writing a book on how to make a restaurant fail ? The next day I went to El burrito in Redlands for a decent burrito. If you continue your practices you will go out of business.“

“This place is a taco stand. They have enclosed seating and outdoor seating. Very small place. Just recently heard they were opened. When I was a kid I use to eat at the location of Mount Vernon and Mill St in San Bernardino. This place took me back to my childhood. Still taste the same as I remember it.“

“Food was delicious! The Molcajete with the bacon wrapped shrimp was delicious. So much food and protein, we split it between two and it was more than enough. The fish was soft and flaky, the shrimp tender, very well cooked. The salsa was flavorful. The service was 10/10. Very attentive and provided their recommendations. Mexican approved.“

“You will not find a more authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. I grew up in Rosarito Beach, Mexico where there is a variety of Mexican food from different parts of the country. The most impressive aspect is that you can order Caldo de Birria, Menudo, Pozole, De Res, De Pollo, 7 Mares , Camarón, Pescado... MOLE all from one place and on ANY day of the week(very unusual) and it’s SPECTACULAR! If someone asked me to take them out for authentic Mexican food, this would be the place I’d take them. I’ve never seen so much variety in one restaurant! Many are difficult entrees and they are all executed perfectly. Best Mexican food restaurant I’ve EVER encountered. Every dish I’ve ordered has been delicious and authentic... tastes like home. Hands down my favorite 🤩! Also, the horchata is amazing. Can’t go wrong!“

I ordered a Carney asada burrito with everything a few days ago, it was one really good burrito, it came with tomato salsa or pico de gallo and a generous portion of guacamole. The only problem with fast food places like this is , they're inconsistent quality, this time it was very good. What made it even better was taking it home and putting my own green sauce on it.“

“Me and my wife came for the 49ers vs Seahawks playoff game. It was really busy but expected to be at this time. Food took a little while but understood with so many orders they had to fill. It was really good! We ordered chicken wings (big pieces! And we’ll done) jalapeño poppers, onion rings and a personal sized pepperoni pizza. Good family atmosphere, and wanna come back with some more friends and family!“

It was my first time trying their Original Quesatacos which they describe as 3 cheesy red birria tacos fried to a perfect crisp and prepped with Serrano sauce and pickled onion. It came highly recommended and it did not disappoint...so good! I also washed down my meal with one of their refreshing agua frescas. “We tried the Taco Shack for the first time tonight, the customer service was by far the best I have experienced in a long time, everyone is kind and has a smile on their face! We ordered the “Downtown Tacos” with different kinds of meat and they were great! Rice and beans are perfect and the taquitos are amazing! The hot salsa has great flavor. Everytime I go in there to eat he’s there and takes his time to come talk to us and treat us more than as guest. He is so friendly.attentive and funny. I wish all servers were like this. “It's very rare for someone to not have ever been to taco. Bell, the service is fast and quick. I went through the drive through. It's not really much to say I got the number one and a dorito supreme taco, and for my drink. I got a strawberry passion fruit refresher. It was a little bit on this expensive side came up to $21 or some change. But that's it.I have no complaints“

Also recommend ordering online for quick pick-up though. It can get busy! ...but check your order before you leave. I've had them forget items or my dressing before. “I gave this bakers four stars only because they did get couple things wrong with our order. We didn't get everything we had in our combo and what was suppose to be large wasn't but the large issue was fixed right away but the other issues we didn't realize til later .we had already left I don't believe it was on purpose but just miscomucation between the front and back. But otherwise the food we had was fresh and tasted great .“
