“Sonora Grill has a great atmosphere and offers a solid menu with plenty of flavorful options. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and served in generous portions. We especially enjoyed the authentic flavors and the friendly service from the staff, who were attentive throughout our visit.

The restaurant was busy when we stopped by, so there was a bit of a wait for our food, but it was worth it once it arrived. The overall experience was very enjoyable, and the lively environment made it a fun place to dine. While there is still a little room for improvement with speed during peak hours, I would definitely come back and recommend Sonora Grill to friends and family looking for good Mexican food in Moreno Valley.“

“This place is fantastic for birria. It was pretty busy, but we still got good service. My husband and I went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. I appreciate that their menu focuses solely on birria and different variations. The meat and consumé were right on. The beef was juicy, and the consumé had a well-seasoned flavor. My husband really enjoyed the cantarito. I also had an agua de jamaica, which was a little less sweet than I'm used to, but still delicious.Overall, we had a great experience and we can't wait to go back!“

“I will need to try this again. I want to make sure I am not being crazy. But I almost chose a 5th star, and I still might. Tiny location but nice people and legit family owned type of place. I had a fish taco which I very much enjoyed and the surf and turf fries. Dang those fries are good.“

“I had a wonderful experience at the Green Onion... The taco plater for two was surprisingly delicious..it a must have when visiting Moreno valley.Shout to the guy who welcome us... I didn't get his name but he made us feel very comfortable and wanting to return bc how nice he was.. The cleanliness of there facilities was on point.. However next time when we return we are gonna check out the Bar. My expectations was accomplished good job Green onion“

“My First time There. The atmosphere was very good and we all lived the music that they played. The food was unforgettable. I even tried the calamari for the first time and it was Awesome. The employees were very helpful and considerate and very respectful. They even added a little humor to the conversations that we had. I rather give this restaurant a 100 stars. But I can only give 5 stars. We are definitely going again. Thank you Kalaveras for making my family and Mom very Happy.

HOWEVER, im extremely pissed I been living here for years and just found out about this place on door dash 🤦🏾‍♀️ I ordered the Chile Verde Buritto plate...... Babbbbbbbyyy!!! Idk who the Hell is in that back kitchen cooking but this is by far the Most flavorful meat burrito concoction I've ever had!!!! Literally chewed, slow just to taste all the flavors! Called my husband and my sister about this place, because I am in total disbelief, we always talk about the lack of good/flavorful food here in moval! MANNN!!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND....RUNNNN DONT WALK! DEFINITELY MY NEW SPOT! 12/10 🔥 did not brake the bank either, portion size was very generous.“

“This spot is on point! Handmade Pupsas are well made, loroco flowers intact, the beef is good as well. The Yucca & plating fritas are perfectly cooked, ensalada is blended which actually was very good. It's definitely going to be a staple when I'm in Moreno Valley.“

I definitely recommend coming in on a weekend afternoon, that’s when I usually go in. Portions are great and service is wayy better. “Tijuana's Tacos is a personal favorite as far as Mexican joints go. I usually get the Burro Loco or Taco Loco. Always great. Yesterday I had the Taco Rikis and loved it too.

It only gets 4 starts because my sister in law got 2 street tacos and wasn't impressed with the Al Pastor in her taco. The meat was lacking seasoning and salt. Strange. I've never had that issue here before. I usually love the Al Pastor.“

“I have been coming here for the past 3 years usually once a week and this place is very consistent on how well the food taste and looks. My go to favorites are the carne asada tacos and burritos. Also the shredded beef tacos and burrito is just as good. Chicken burrito chicken enchiladas with green sauce and the ground beef burrito are outstanding as well. I’ve never had an issue with the staff. They are always quick and polite.“

“It's been years since i've been here. I can definitely tell they stepped their game up. I've been two days in a row and the food was really good both times. We got the Grande burger and the Mexican chicken salad and a order of fries. Good size portions. I have never been inside just used the drive.Through. Every time i've been , the food comes out quick. “9 FISH TACOS FOR 19.95???? AND THEY WERE FREAKING GOOD???? Came here on a Wednesday night with my wife and the place was very empty. Don't know why when there is this amazing deal for some great fish tacos (2$ per taco). Will have to say that they add a 50 cent surcharge for using debt. So I suggest bringing cash!
Overall: the taco tasted great. The fish the was crispy and the tortilla was nice and soft. They have this in-house crema they make that has a nice tang to it. I will say, ask for some lemon and it really elevates the food. The best part was we didn't wait long for some quality food that stayed warm on the way home. Definitely will come back!“

“Honestly we moved to Moreno valley 3 years ago and we have been trying to find a good Mexican restaurant with real authentic Mexican flavor and before you tell me there are a lot of good places here in Moreno valley there are not as a person that travels all southern California for work the last 25 years and have eaten in most cities let me tell you Moreno valley has mediocre Mexican and Chinese food at best but this place right here is on the top ten places of Mexican food to eat in the inland empire, the green wet burrito, the rolled tacos and the big lengua tacos are amazing, trust me I'm not fat for no reason and this place is fat Mexican guy approved“
