“We stopped at Alvarado's yesterday for lunch. It is located in an unusual location, next to a gas station and mini mart. It is a true restaurant, with eat in dining, nice decor and a bar. Very family friendly. The fish tacos did not disappoint, they were delicious. The beans were very flavorful. So many of our favorites on their extensive menu, can't wait to go back. They have a nice selection of salsa - some mild, some with some real heat. They also have Happy Hour after 3 PM with some good specials and a wide assortment drinks and on-tap beer. They have some large screen TVs, it would be a great place to watch a game & enjoy some delicious food.“

“Drove 5 hours JUST to come try this place after being told how good the food was. Food was great, but the pina colada and the Michelada were the best part. Service was great and the place was clean. The waitresses kept picking up tables and cleaning which was awesome, great job! Would definitely drive here again, great easy drive for us.“

“This is our first visit to this establishment. We stopped by for dinner and ordered a ground beef tostada and a shrimp ceviche tostada. The food was good. We also ordered a Mexican Coke and a strawberry Fresca. We were satisfied with our meal. The interior has a few tables to sit down. The prices are reasonable. The customer service is great.“

“We found this place on a whim and found a gem in this area. They have a homemade sauce that pairs well with our meal . We even bought a bottle and the chef in the back gave us some chili oil that had a lot of heat. We got seafood and it was satisfying. Definitely coming back.“

Better than costco chicken, sides are always fresh, if you're looking for a quick tasty meal for the family this is the best option.
