i love taco bell, they are always so helpful, taco bell is so bomb, they never ever in my 11 years living here have they EVER messed up my order or forget anything when i check the bag, not like McDonalds🙄. Taco bell so bomb love it keep being u taco bell💕

Taco Bell offers hot and fresh food that is ready quickly. The restaurant has plenty of parking, including handicap spots. However, some customers have experienced poor service, especially during late hours when staff seem unresponsive. One customer reported trying to place an order in the drive-thru before 2 am, but no one answered, and the screen was shut off at 2 am, despite the website saying they close at three. Another customer ordered and paid for extra cheese for their Taco but received no extra cheese, and the staff member at the window handed the order quickly without saying thank you, showing poor customer service. Food is generally good, but service often feels uncaring, with staff not reviewing orders or communicating, and frequently forgetting drinks or sauces that are paid for. Some customers have noticed that the staff seem like robots working in the place, which is sad to see in a big franchise. Overall, Taco Bell provides fast service and good food, but improvements in staff attentiveness and customer care could make the experience better.
