I did let them know my arrival time but still had to wait about 20 min because one of the meals was incorrect. The server was nice and offered me a drink while I waited and updated me on the status of my order every 5 or so mins. The food was overall good, but fries were lacking in the porpotions about 8 fries. Overall, it was good and caring service for what I ordered.“

“Staff is polite but depending on the time and day service can be very slow. Sometimes the drinks kiosk is out of service. Most of their drinks and food are good.
I recommend the soufle cheesecake and strawberry de Leche drink. The strawberry matcha bun is ok. I don't recommend the strawberry matcha here.“

I just wanted to give an update on my previous review. I come here once or twice per week, AC is cold, food is good, I appreciate the friendly employees. But sometimes as I sit here, as I did last week, I notice how the homeless come in and help themselves to the soda dispenser, and then walking out without paying; dirty hands, dirty clothing, they look like they haven't taken a shower in months. You have people sitting here eating, but when they come in and put their hands all over the soda dispenser, using dirty cups, it's just very unsanitary and disgusting. I'll keep coming but I wish they'd do something about it like McDonald's has.“
