It lost its Oomph in in Chicago & surburbs. Great comeback last year cars lined up around the block at all locations.....
The ultimate cheese burger was smaller than a double burger... why?!
Very nice workers and clean area

Jack in the Box is a popular restaurant known for its good food and friendly staff. The inside of the restaurant is clean, and employees are described as courteous, providing excellent customer service even during busy times. Customers appreciate the friendly employees, and they often feel welcomed as soon as they enter. The food is fresh and delicious, with the Supreme Croissant meal and tacos being highlights. However, there have been minor issues with the packaging and presentation of the meals that customers hope will be addressed soon. There are also concerns about cleanliness, especially regarding the soda dispenser, which some have found unsanitary. Overall, it remains a favorite spot for those looking for good food and service.
