The orange chicken is perfectly crispy with great flavor, the chow mein is seasoned just right, and the broccoli beef is tender and not overcooked.

Customer service was quick, friendly, and on point. You can tell they care about getting orders out fast without sacrificing quality. Definitely one of the best spots around and easily better than the usual chain options.

“This past Saturday, my mother-in-law wanted to celebrate her birthday at her favorite restaurant, Brandon's, specifically the one in Moreno Valley! We have been to some other Brandon's locations, and let me tell you, we ALL agree the one on Sunnymead is the best BY FAR. From the friendliness of staff, to the amazing food cooked to perfection every time, to even the standard of cleanliness that always exceeds our expectations. This Saturday was extremely special and the staff was SO kind and helpful. Our server was Peter, and he was just the absolute best. He handled our party of approx. 30 people with such grace and attentiveness. The party would not have been the same without him. The manager, Ati, helped me set the event up and was extremely helpful. We love this Brandon's!”

“We recently tried the beef sandwich here and it was really good! The beef was flavorful, tender, and packed nicely into the bread. Every bite was satisfying and filling. It’s definitely something I would order again.

The drinks were also a highlight. They were refreshing and paired perfectly with the sandwich. It made the whole meal even more enjoyable.

Another thing we appreciated was how clean the restroom was. It’s always a good sign when a place keeps everything well-maintained.

The only small downside is that there are only a few seats available if you want to dine in, so it can feel a bit limited during busy times. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back again!”

I expressed this to Katelyn. She agreed that it was cold and had other complaints. Unfortunately, it was up to the manager. She let him know and he didn't do anything. We froze the whole time we were there.”

“Pretty good, not great. The brisket pho had a little too much fat, but was otherwise quite tasty. For me the fat was no problem, but my Wife not so much...she tossed all of her brisket in mine and I didn't put up an argument at all. The server was literally right next to us, but was not attentive at all as I had to ask her to come over for every single thing we needed and no follow up. I still gave her a 20% tip, but based on my wife's dissatisfaction and the poor service, we won't be back for a sit down. I may however return for a to go order as I did like the pho.”

I just wanted to give an update on my previous review. I come here once or twice per week, AC is cold, food is good, I appreciate the friendly employees. But sometimes as I sit here, as I did last week, I notice how the homeless come in and help themselves to the soda dispenser, and then walking out without paying; dirty hands, dirty clothing, they look like they haven't taken a shower in months. You have people sitting here eating, but when they come in and put their hands all over the soda dispenser, using dirty cups, it's just very unsanitary and disgusting. I'll keep coming but I wish they'd do something about it like McDonald's has.”

The waitstaff were excellent, very polite, attentive, and welcoming. They really made the experience enjoyable. The only downside was the food runners, who didn’t seem as friendly and could work on their customer service skills.
That said, our food came out hot just like we requested, which I appreciate. We tried the Smokehouse Platter and the bacon burger, both were pretty good overall. However, the mac and cheese needs improvement. It was very soupy, not cheesy, and honestly not that appetizing. The salsa could also be better, it was a bit too watery for my taste.
Overall, I see a lot of improvement and had a good experience. With a few tweaks, especially in consistency and side items, it could be even better!”

We decided to get takeout. They prepare your food as you order. We waited very little, about 10 minutes. We had the 'Stir Fried Noodles with Beef' from the main dishes and the 'Chicken and Shrimp' from the Combination menu. Wow! Everything was fresh and tasted so good. The flavors were spot on. You can pack as many meat/veggies you want in bowl and as long it stays in the bowl, they will cook it right in front of you. I always get the medium flavor with one scoop of chili oil & one extra scoop of Mongolian BBQ & extra teriyaki sauce on top when they are done. Great restaurant in the food court!”

My boyfriend and I shared a strawberry and ice cream funnel cake, some regular fries, and their LA dog. The funnel cake was a 9 out of 10! It was crispy on outside, but soft in center, a ton of strawberries and whipped cream, and a big heap of creamy vanilla ice cream. It was fantastic. The fries were a 7 out of 10,but still pretty good. The LA dog we would give a 5 out of 10. It was supposed to be bacon wrapped but there was no bacon and not a lot of flavor. On the good side, the size was great, the bun was not only toasted but also held together well and they had a good heaping amount of onions and peppers. Service was ok and don't expect it to be fast. You will likely be waiting 15-30 mins. They could use a helper to clean up after customers leave. All and all I would recommend this place.”

“Food is amazing here! Service is slow. Pool tables and darts are fun. Love the atmosphere here. Never give them your credit card to hold because they will charge it even when they give you the option of how you want to pay. And when you pay cash trying to get your charged money to your card back from them is so hard!

“Staff is polite but depending on the time and day service can be very slow. Sometimes the drinks kiosk is out of service. Most of their drinks and food are good.
I recommend the soufle cheesecake and strawberry de Leche drink. The strawberry matcha bun is ok. I don't recommend the strawberry matcha here.”
