I visit IHOP often. This visit was after the lunch crowd had cleared out and before the wave of diners for dinner time started. Our timing was perfect, although we still had to wait longer than expected for our meal. We were seated right away. The staff were too busy getting dishes ready and prepping I suppose they forgot we were waiting. Didn't take any photos on this visit. Our meal was as good as usual
Service was okay but my food arrived Cold. I eat breakfast every day at IHOP. All over los angeles and orange county. My pancakes were iced cold. My sausage was cold and my eggs weren't even warm, Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this

Nothing much has changed from this place, sat in the backside of the building. That's where you have a few couple long tables for buffet families. I even have pancakes like always tend to be really good here. Nice and fluffy and delicious this time around. I ordered the salad with the chicken that was also good. They gave us a ranch.
