Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP is a familiar spot that serves reliable breakfast options. Their pancakes are consistently fluffy and delicious, making them a popular choice. The restaurant can get busy, especially during peak hours, which may lead to slower service. While the staff is generally okay, some customers have noted that waitresses need to be reminded a few times for service, and there have been instances of tables not being cleaned promptly. Food quality can vary; for example, some orders may arrive hot, while others, like the tres leches pancakes, might lack sufficient sauce. Additionally, some menu items, such as gluten-friendly pancakes and chicken quesadilla, have been noted as expensive. Overall, IHOP remains a decent option for a quick breakfast, but consistency and value could be improved.
