Could have been a lot better. They definitely seem to be short staffed and the condition of the dining area, the fountain drink area and especially the bathroom could have been a lot better. The bathroom was a mess, papers on the floor, no toilet seat paper covers, the top of the toilet tank was missing, etc. Both bathrooms are locked so you have to ask to be buzzed in. (delivery) The chicken is great, and I love their sides. But the dipping sauces for 'nuggets' are really awful. I got the Fill Up Box. The Buffalo Ranch and Classic Ranch and KFC sauces are a hard yuck. Biscuits are very dry. Fries were cold. With your own salad dressings, honey butter spread on the biscuits, and 30 seconds in the microwave for the fries, nice dinner.Will just get chicken next time.

Only one bathroom ? working, not clean and not properly stocked (no paper seat covers, toilet tank top was missing, trash on the floor).They seem understaffed and stressed.Food was acceptable but not as warm as other KFCs.
