Purchased two Chizzas from HeacockStreet and Hemlock Street, Moreno Valley KFC just now. Listed ingredients said X crispy chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.No even one pepperoni slice on either order, so basically it is just Ghetto Chicken Parm.

The fact you cant even get good service or attentive employees these days is sad. Aside from waiting a “6 minute wait” which resulted to actually being 15 mins which is no big deal they forget to add side items and straws. How hard is it to fulfill a order you just made a couple minutes ago. WILLIAM is useless and should be fired.

Very dirty inside and no clean tables to sit at. Trash was full and counters full of spilled drinks.
Honestly think the manager is on meth on account of the talking to self and yelling at people. I noticed them while standing at the register for 19 minutes while the crew hides on the backside trying to get a peak over the ovens every now on then and giggle as customers waited. They served me raw chicken and after I pointed it out to the manager they got upset and suggested that's how they cook all their chicken. After first telling me they were out of cripsy, then i suggested regular, then they said it was a 15 min wait then said they were just going to mix them... I asked for a refund and they just walked away and hid in the back and ignored everyone.

Went with my family and walking in, there were two older women waiting to be helped to order. One of the women said “excuse me” politely to the manager and he said “WHAT!” She said I would like to order. He was rude and disrespectful and yelled “Over there , just go over there” at the monitor. The manger just was in a rush to leave instead explaining to them how to use or set someone to help them. My husband and I tried helping them but the women got bothered and left. Then we got our food and it was not good at all the chicken was dry the fry fell off took forever to ask for a spoon and sauce and napkins. Never coming to this location again.

Very bad service, the two women who serve you answer badly, angry, you have to beg them to give you the bathroom even though you are a customer, they couldn't cut me into a sandwich in two because they don't have anything to cut with, that way you can't enjoy the food, we won't return to return
