I just wanted to give an update on my previous review. I come here once or twice per week, AC is cold, food is good, I appreciate the friendly employees. But sometimes as I sit here, as I did last week, I notice how the homeless come in and help themselves to the soda dispenser, and then walking out without paying; dirty hands, dirty clothing, they look like they haven't taken a shower in months. You have people sitting here eating, but when they come in and put their hands all over the soda dispenser, using dirty cups, it's just very unsanitary and disgusting. I'll keep coming but I wish they'd do something about it like McDonald's has.“

It reminds me of how restaurants used to be, back when you actually got your money's worth. Remember when portions were generous and you didn't have to pay extra just to get a decent-sized meal? Well, that's how it is here! No need to supersize anything because the portions are already generous.

From what I can tell it seems that currently they only have one employee there so it does take time if there are customers ahead of you. I personally think it is worth the wait. “Had 3 people in my car . All paying separately, and they wont take separate orders in a car......had a small mishap on the order, manager made it right with no fuss. I come here about once every 2 weeks for my family of 6 , usually spending about 45-50.00 each visit , always satisfactory service. Always a satisfied customer with their service and professionalism.“

“Jack in the box is underrated as a burger joint. This store is getting a mention because the staff they have working there are the best. The women (didn't see a guy that day) on the crew are just so nice, they get the food spot on every time, and it's good quality. You can always tell when a store changes their fryer oil frequently and this place always has fresh produce. Maybe I just hit this place at rhe right time but their food quality and presentation showed the care about their jobs.“

But I swear it's too damn HOT IN THERE! I literally leave this place sweating. And don't let the line get long because your guaranteed to feel uncomfortable in there. I've witnessed people walk out of this place during the summer.. it's HORRIBLE! Today the back of my shirt was actually wet when I left, and a few customers were telling me that it's been like this for a long time???
