“I live closer to the subway on Yucaipa blvd by Vons but they are rude, slow, and the place looks dirty. Bathrooms are disgusting. People do not wash their hands after handling money at the register, they just proceed with putting on gloves. That is why I make the drive to this Subway by the 10fwy. The customer service is great and they keep the place clean.“

“Welcomed as I walked in the door even though they were busy. Friendly cashier, Iventh J, suggested menu items I might enjoy when he saw my confusion. Invitation to the salsa bar by cashier. Salsa bar spotless. Encouraged me to enjoy the salsa. Drink station spotless. Table tops clean, seats and floor clean. When order was called by a young male team member he waited to see if everything was acceptable. Looked me in the eye and said, "Please enjoy the rest of your day"! Such a pleasent experience. I will be sure to tell my friends and family about this exceptional El Pollo Loco. They deserve absolute congratulations for maintaining quality, friendliness and cleanliness. Thank you.“

“Yesterday I tried the Wednesday special that was the chicken fried steak at the Yucaipa KFC. It was amazing! The mashed potatoes with the milk gravy were the best potatoes I've had from there in years. And I'm so pleased they have the great tasting biscuits back. My whole family loved it. “My wife and I had a long day and we were hungry, tried ordering Dominos damn app kept messing up our order. We called to Del Taco to make sure they were open Marlene was nice on the phone. Placed our order Kristen and Marlene were super nice extremely efficent and gave us exactly what we ordered... extra hot sauce & napkins. Surprisingly the fish tacos were pretty damn good and nachos were good too!!!“

“They typically make very well crafted sandwiches. Typically good service. But I probably will not go there again because they told me after I placed my order that they are not accepting subway coupons. They expressed that they are not participating in the coupons. I typically always come there using a coupon that comes in the mail but suddenly they are no longer taking them and expected me to pay Full price once they told me they are not taking coupons anymore for the first time when I already had my sandwich made and was ready to pay. Hopefully some other subway in the area actually takes the coupons that they mail out.If you are willing to pay full price even though you have a coupon, this subway otherwise does a great job.“
