“I had an outstanding experience today at Carl’s Jr, and I feel it absolutely deserves to be recognized. From the moment I arrived, the level of customer service I received was far beyond what you typically expect from a fast-food restaurant. Martín, one of the supervisors, truly set the standard for professionalism and hospitality.
He greeted me with a genuine smile, maintained a respectful and positive attitude throughout the entire interaction, and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes so much pride in their work, but Martín clearly does. He was attentive, patient, and made sure that my order was taken correctly without any rush or confusion.
When I received my food, everything was perfect—fresh, well-prepared, and exactly as I ordered. That level of accuracy and care reflects not only on Martín but on the overall team and management at this location. It’s clear that strong leadership is present, and it makes a huge difference in the customer experience.
What stood out the most was Martín’s attitude. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or indifferent, he went above and beyond to create a welcoming and positive environment. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
Because of this experience, I will absolutely be returning. It’s employees like Martín who turn a simple meal into a memorable visit. Carl’s Jr is lucky to have someone like him representing their brand. Keep up the amazing work!“

“Hadden The delightful young man who works the register both times I’ve been there is an amazing face for this establishment. He goes above and beyond always so friendly and quick with our orders. Good work ethic at such a young age every employer should have a Hadden . “Nola took such great care of us!! We stopped going to chipotle near us in Glendora and West Covina because the service is awful at both locations. We were really hungry driving back from Palm Springs and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. Nola was so nice, helpful and generous. I couldn’t decide which meat I wanted and she let me try several options and was just downright fabulous! You definitely have a great employee in Nola. She’s definitely 5 stars ✨⭐️🌟💫!!“
