“The manager of this restaurant, Erika, should be training every manager. It was my birthday, and I was sad. He went to the counter and told Erika about this and asked if she would sing to make his grandma feel special. This is not a normal policy. Well that is exactly she did in the middle of a busy day. They brought me a cake and sang, and I felt very special, and my grandson was oh so proud. My 8yr. old grandson loves when we go inside your nice clean restaurant and have dinner, it is always a special time for us, and we talk. You know there are some qualities you just can't pay a person to have and although Erika runs a very tight ship, she has those qualities above and beyond when it comes to customer service. “First the visual appearance and the actual taste of the New Whopper has vastly improved...very close to the actual picture...now that's refreshing. I visited the Desert Hot Springs location...I've always preferred Burger King over McDonald's.. And now after eating the New and Improved Whopper I'll go more often. Also the fries were hot crisp and fresh and my coke was right up there with Mcdonals. The crew was great. My order was taking promptly and delivered fast through the drive-thru. My bag had ketchup napkins I requested no ice in my Coke which was honored. The customer rep was friendly and acted like he wanted to be there. 5 STARS *****“

“Wow I grew up in another city and I had my spots to eat one of them was Taco Bell. Riding BMX at the time my friends and I would choose drive through. Now riding with ebikes with my son this is the best Taco Bell 🔔. Very nice amd understanding crew that works there“
