The manager of this store should definitely be the manager that trains all your managers. It was my birthday and i was feeling sad. My 8yr old grandson went to the counter and told this to Erika. He asked if she would sing and make his grandma feel special. That is exactly what she did. Food food was hot and fresh good service.... I used to work for this Jack in the box and was told by HR I could have my job back after I healed from an injury now I'm being told that the manager Anthony is not allowed to answer my phone calls and to tell me they are not hiring... The girl on the intercom first asked if I wanted to try their "bagels" and when I asked for her to come again, she said "egg rolls" lmao I nearly died laughing because they don't sound anything alike! I did get my current comfort of the crispy spicy chicken wraps and they were on point as always with a Red Bull Infusion (:
