Staff always friendly and never have issues with order. The mobile app feature doesn’t work at this location though. Store will not honor deals without app. Too bad :(

Vanessa is the most patient person that l have ever met. I was unsure about what to order in the drive thru and she was extremely polite and helpful. Her genuine kindness warmed my heart and made my day! Jack in the Box is extremely fortunate to have Vanessa representing your team. She is extremely gifted and talented, her customer service is outstanding!!!!
