“Best sushi restaurant in DHS! Drove down from yucca valley just to try this place out! Did not disappoint! Quality of sushi is top tier! I’m very picky when it comes to sushi and this place lives up to their restaurant name Best sushi and grill! Our server Kay was amazing! She was so kind, and the best server we’ve had in a while. If you try this place out you won’t be disappointed! Definitely will be back!”

“We were in the area, found this restaurant and decided to give it a try! It looks like a Dive Bar from the outside and when you go inside it still looks like a Dive Bar!

“Excellent food. Lamb was tasty but cooked well, spicy and flavorful. Chicken the same with mild and very savory sauce. Naan bread was crunchy but not dry and still able to scoop sauce. Loved it!”

“The mole enchiladas were TO DIE FOR! I cook mole and this recipe has me stumped, the presentation is also 10/10 The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The chips and salsa were excellent as well and I had the Jamaica agua fresca and it’s was just sweet enough any sweeter or diluted would be too much!!! Definitely coming back!!!”

“Really lovely upscale hotel. The cafe is located inside it.

The food is good, but nothing spectacular to write home about. We got the breakfast burrito and avocado toast. Both were good, but felt like they may have been lacking some seasoning for a full-flavor experience. Even the sauce that came with the burrito was kind of flavorless.

That all being said, the views from the balcony overlooking the pool are beautiful, and it’s a great spot to enjoy breakfast before it gets too hot.”

“Don Tacorriendo is our favorite place in the valley for Mexican food. Good prices, great selection and portions, and delicious food. Also, you can buy pints of their great salsa and refried beans to take home. Great spot!!”

“So good!! My husband grew up in a palm Springs and we have been enjoying date shakes for 40 years together and have tried them all. The date shakes here are the real deal. They are the only one that uses real dates and ice cream. Not date flakes or ice milk. The pastrami sandwich is so good also and enjoy the peaceful patio. If you see the bus there come back later. It’s a small family store and can get busy”

“This is the best pizza I have had! My delivery was fast and by accident it wasn't completely accurate when we received it, humans make mistakes. When I called to see if it could be fixed they were so apologetic and instantly and very kindly corrected it. Honestly, best pizza in the west! Thank you so much! Everyone, go get you a slice.”

They have a very good selection to choose from , ranging from breakfast, lunch & dinner as well as Mexican & American dishes. The prices are reasonable, the portions are filling , the people are friendly and most importantly (to me at leat) it was CLEAN!.
