Every single visit reminds us why we keep coming back.The fish is always incredibly fresh, but the real star of the show for me is the True Value roll. It is an absolute must-try—perfectly balanced, packed with flavor, and something I crave on a weekly basis. The hospitality here is unmatched. A massive shoutout to our server, Karla, who is always so attentive, welcoming, and makes us feel like family every time we walk through the door. Behind the counter, Chef Martin is a master at what he does. His talent and consistency are the reasons the food is always flawless.“

“Excellent food. Lamb was tasty but cooked well, spicy and flavorful. Chicken the same with mild and very savory sauce. Naan bread was crunchy but not dry and still able to scoop sauce. Loved it!“

“Really lovely upscale hotel. The cafe is located inside it.

The food is good, but nothing spectacular to write home about. We got the breakfast burrito and avocado toast. Both were good, but felt like they may have been lacking some seasoning for a full-flavor experience. Even the sauce that came with the burrito was kind of flavorless.

That all being said, the views from the balcony overlooking the pool are beautiful, and it’s a great spot to enjoy breakfast before it gets too hot.“

“The mole enchiladas were TO DIE FOR! I cook mole and this recipe has me stumped, the presentation is also 10/10 The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The chips and salsa were excellent as well and I had the Jamaica agua fresca and it’s was just sweet enough any sweeter or diluted would be too much!!! Definitely coming back!!!“

“Went here to celebrate my son's graduation from college. We had a fantastic experience. We started off with some appetizers drinks. I had the avocado taco salad. The food was excellent. We all indulged in a mai tai, they were perfect. We can't wait to dine here again. The atmosphere was great, our server was very pleasant. The manager even came over to ask how everything was and asked if we needed anything.“

I'm loathe to leave this review, mostly because I don't want to make this gem any more popular than it already is. But if you want a select menu of gourmet goodies from upscale sandwiches to one of the best baked bries, this is it. The artisinal cocktails and super efficient, friendly staff make it a fantastic spot to stop for a nice drink and a delightful meal.“

“I ordered take out. I searched google maps, 3 separate times, because I thought there was a mistake (there was, but google maps would not say differently). I ended up driving an extra hour, to Palm Desert and back. Apparently it was their previous location which google maps had not updated. Yes, I was very irritated by the time I received my food. Understand, the location is in downtown Palm Springs. The take out food was very good.“

Nor did he offer dessert. The gentleman refilling my water, salsa, and chips was awesome though. Maybe I happen to miss it each time I’m but I really would like to hear some mariachi or other types of traditional Mexican music whether live or recorded. This is a Mexican restaurant after all. “Came for the famous bacon flight and cinnamon rolls. The bacon flight has great flavor but the bacon was tough, chewy and felt like it had been sitting out a while. The cinnamon roll though was fresh, flaky and had a unique texture and flavor. It is a must order. The real star is the chicken and waffles. The waffle is the best waffle we’ve ever had. We also tried the burrito and it was good but if we return we probably wouldn’t get it again. The service was excellent throughout the meal. We also loved that they keep a water pitcher on the table for easy refills during the meal.“
