My career in food has spanned over 43 years and over 39 restaurants, kitchens and eateries; as Chef and Manager and owner. Went for a visit last year in Santa Ana and was able to partake of this wonderful family’s table of plenty. Accompanied by my fight team; body builders and boxers; meat eaters to the max.
