The Marketplace by Fabio Viviani all you can eat concept is CLUTCH! Like an elevated food hall with a wide variety of cuisine is amazing. To me, this is on par or even better than Last Vegas buffets on the strip.
Only downside for me was some of the meats ( mainly BBQ spot and Argentine place) we're not as flavorful as I'd expected, as well as the chicken from the BBQ spot was dry. My favorite dish of the night hashad to have been the miso coconut flavored white fish and rice. ( Think I went back for 3rds, 🤣). Second favorite, came down to the waffles from the BBQ spot ( usually chicken and waffles, but to me chicken was overdone and dry).
Service and bussing quick and friendly. Of course the busiest times are brunch, lunch and dinner, so if you're trying to eat in peace I'd avoid these times lol. Prices are $46.99/ $23.99(kids) weekdays / $48.99 /$25.99(kids) weekends.

“It’s a busy area. Popular stop among travelers. Plenty of parking but it can get busy. You can order ahead or dine-in. The app + promos are accepted. I ordered a burrito and a bowl, both were packed with ingredients. They do ran out of certain proteins and you will have to wait a little over 15 minutes. It was rush hour but trash was overflowing, seems to be the norm here. 2 unisex bathrooms available.“

“On the road to Palm Springs and found Gramma’s for a late breakfast. Cute place walking I. Takes you back in time. Food was tasty but make sure if you order the banana nut bread (too sweet for us) that you order it warm. Friendly service but slow. Slower than molasses in January. Slower than gramma at 95. Unless you’re in a hurry, this is a good place to get a bite. We’re adding it to our road trip list of good places to eat.“

“This is by far the best food you will ever get a chance to experience in the San Jacinto Valley. The service was superb and the atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking, The chefs made my wife’s and I anniversary very special. The tomahawk steak with bake potato and mac & cheese with the sauce will have you crying as the taste is beyond this world. Thank for the experience“

“Alexandra was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. “Large portions, but you pay for it. Food was not bad. Excellent service. It sounded like if you didn’t like it, they would exchange it free-of-charge. You get a discount if you are a Soboba club member; we weren’t, but the kind waitress discounted us 10% anyway.“

“My husband and I have been guests at Cielo for many years. The level of friendliness and excellent service has never changed over the many years of Prime food and competent staff. The live music of an exquisite Pianist and vocalist on Friday and Saturdays adds to the ambiance. We love this fine dining experience!!“
