“Don't let the plain appearance of this restaurant fool you, the food here is excellent. I am a huge fan of Middle Eastern cuisines and have eaten them all around the world, and this one is top notch. Plus there is something so rewarding knowing that you are helping an family from Jordan succeed in the States. But let there be no question: the best reason to come here is the great food at totally reasonable prices.”
“Incredible pizza, great drinks, & a really cozy space. Really appreciated vegan options & the ability to easily veganize many pizzas on the menu! Staff was really kind and helpful.”
““we take pride in working with small farms, butchers, fishermen, and independent producers. we take the best product we can get, and craft it with care to share with our guests” — headlining their menu, I can confidently say this statement is accurate. Like a scene out of the 60s, somehow a scene that belongs in the Big Lebowski… I’m pretty sure I saw the “The Stranger” watching the live band from a corner table. The drinks, food, and atmosphere were impeccable. Best burger I’ve ever had.Incredible appetizers.Perfect drinks. The bartender even gave us drinks on the house because it took longer than normal. Just awesome in every way.Words won’t do this place justice!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns available.”
“The oatmeal wasn’t very good, not very many blueberries. the sprouts in the avocado toast were going bad and tasted funky but besides that it was good! Very good quick service. No espresso, only drip coffee.”
“As soon as I finished eating, I liked it so much that I am leaving a rating right away.It was so delicious, the friendly atmosphere, and the quality food were really great. The price is very good too. It's the best.Tempura ?”
“I'm from Chicago and I know really good pizza. And they had a really solid pie there. I'd rate it like 8/10 . Very good pizza for California and very fresh ingredients.”
“Very happy to have found this place! The Japchae is pretty legit, tofu soup is not bad. Pleasantly surprised to find a Japanese-style toilet with heated seat in the desert. I would highly recommend this place to those who miss Asian food.”
“Perfect little "joint". Food was awesome. We all had burgers and fries. Burgers were juicy and shoestring fries were crispy with a hot spicy queso sauce. Service was great!”
“Loved this place from the moment i walked in. From the service and warm locally inviting charm to the high quality and care put into the food, portions and great prices. I will be coming back again next time i’m in Joshua tree. The staff here treats you like family.”
“Loved that they asked how well you wanted the crust done. Very fast service too with the brick oven. Nice variety of pizza choices and toppings. Definitely recommend!!”
“We love this place Julio is the best. They really need to open A place in twenty nine Palms.Parking: If you've never ate here try it is a great family diner.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes”
“Keep in mind, it's a fast food restaurant, it's not going to be a nicer sit-down restaurant. With that in mind, it is one of the nicer, cleaner establishments that I've visited. It's a tier above the typical fast food place. I would compare it to Freddy's and Culver's.The burgers are tasty and seem better quality than other fast food places. They have touch screens to order from, which was really nice because it allows all their staff to be dedicated to making the food, so our food was ready very quickly. They'll call out your order or bring it to you depending on how busy it is.The fries were crispy, and they have seasoning on each table that is really good on the fries.I would choose this place over McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Arby's, etc...”
“After several months, we scheduled a visit for Sunday brunch. The Staff was welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly, and the scenery was peaceful and calm. Our party of 3 was offered seats outside next to a fire pit near the first hole of the golf course and hesitatingly obliged. Although it was a bit overcast, the fire kept us warm, even in short sleeves. We enjoyed a nice Sunday brunch and would highly recommend this gem of a place out of the way, quietly awaiting those taking the side road from Vegas to L.A. Note: it closes at 3pm on Sunday, so arrive accordingly. We will definitely keep this on our list of safe places to get quality food at reasonable prices.”
“Great selection of coffee and food with a modern bohemian vibe. You can have your favorite food and beverage offerings. And read, listen to music or work on your computer with wifi.”
“Because of the route we took (Palm Springs-Pioneer Town-Flamingo Springs) we felt like this place was in an oasis in the high desert. (We returned via Yucca Valley making it a lot less of a bright spot in a desolate area).Regardless, the food, vibes, and service were very good.We had the fried eggplant, salad Copine, chicken piccata (or Milanese) on Parmesan grits (super yum…comfort food!), and the panne cotta for dessert (the black Perry honey was insane!).The place is small with seating inside and out.We recommend making it an afternoon and drive there via Pioneer Town. Pioneer Town is kind of lame but the scenery en route was incredible. Also if you are coming from Palm Springs check the weather in Flamingo Springs and make sure you are dressed accordingly. There was a 15+ degree difference.”
