“The ambiance was lovely and the 2 appetizers we had - the shrimp ceviche and the hamachi tuna were both delicious The pork chop and the corvina were also well prepared We had a lovely evening and would go back”
“Classic Palm Springs.
Everything feels like a quick step back in time to a better era.
Great service, great food, and feels like a place that honors its history.”
“There is good food, there is great food, and once in a great while you hit that place that not only has great food, but amazing service, owner and staff. Those moments really hit, and this was one of those moments. Hint, they open at 4, get in line at least by 3:30.”

“Outstanding every-time we visit. Great Seafood, pasta, lobster bisque and much more. This is our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs and we recommend it as a definite not to be missed. Nothing fancy here, just great food and a comfortable welcoming environment. Enjoy!”

“Our meal at Maleza was the best dining out experience that we've had in a long time. Our server Anthony was fabulous, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All of the courses were outstanding and unique, and the mezcal old fashioned was a great take on a classic. The meals are generous and flavors delicious. A must try restaurant in Palm Springs!”

“I ordered take out. I searched google maps, 3 separate times, because I thought there was a mistake (there was, but google maps would not say differently). I ended up driving an extra hour, to Palm Desert and back. Apparently it was their previous location which google maps had not updated. Yes, I was very irritated by the time I received my food. Understand, the location is in downtown Palm Springs. The take out food was very good.”
“Our 5th year dining at The Farm for Valentine's Day. The service is wonderful and the food is beautifully presented. There are plenty of choices available and the portions are just perfect as well as the pace that the food is brought out. It is a lovely dining experience when in Palm Springs.”
“Love this place, and their new expansion is beautiful, great hang out. I'm not a lover of banquette seating, tables are to close for any kind of intimate conversation, they did try to move us but as usual the place was booked, one of the owners said hello to us on our way out. We most definitely will return, my only critique I think they should offer a different dinner mint with your check, I used to get the chocolate mints at dennys. lol”
“Great food and drinks..Relaxed vibe and atmosphere. Tacquitos Dorado and Tacos LA Paz were excellent...We'll be back!!!”

“Frisky Business’s byline—“Where Cats, Community, and Kindness Come Together”—truly encapsulates not only its business philosophy; but also what it is like to visit here. Whether it’s for a refreshing coffee drink and tasty pastry; spending some time playing with in-house cats (for a reasonable fee); or attending one of the special events, it’s always a fun and enjoyable experience. On top of that (and reflecting the values of “Mr and Mrs Frisky”), there is a “pay it forward” board where one can purchase a drink or cat visit for someone who might need some support; and a pantry box where cat food donations can be dropped off for those who can use it or who feed community cats. I recommend Frisky Business to my local friends; and it’s a must “to do” when visitors come to town. It’s a great place owned by great people.”
“What a swanky breakfast spot! Lots of special items on the menu.
Beware the steelcut oats don’t say cinnamon but after preferring I discovered they have “ just a little cinnamon if you’re allergic that’s unexceptionable #allergygirl. They quickly made it right by bringing me my second choice buttermilk, corn pancakes with fresh blueberries. You can’t taste the kernels of corn but they give it a little crunch which I enjoyed. They serve real maple syrup which of course is delicious! I tried two kinds of bacon : regular and turkey. The regular bacon was crispy and the turkey was not but it was tasty. I tried the cheddar biscuit which was savory and perfect with butter.”
“Wow!! Absolutely amazing restaurant and bar! Flew in late last night and wanted a fun place with atmosphere to have appetizers and drinks. This was the perfect place!! Outdoor or indoor patio with mist kept is cool and refreshed. Loved the dim lighting and the modern decor! So inviting and relaxing. Fresh flowers on the tables and comfortable chairs. Very good service ! Excellent food! Tasty drinks that were visually appealing!! I’ll definitely go back ! Julio The manager greeted us and chatted with us and made us feel so welcome!! Our waiter was Jonathan was very friendly and attentive . This place is a gem and in the perfect location downtown!”
“Food is great as well as the prices. Margarita are good as well. I will definitely be coming back. I’ve been here four or five times now. The waiter didn’t once ask me once how my meal was. Nor did he offer dessert. The gentleman refilling my water, salsa, and chips was awesome though. Maybe I happen to miss it each time I’m but I really would like to hear some mariachi or other types of traditional Mexican music whether live or recorded. This is a Mexican restaurant after all. Again, I definitely plan on coming back.”
“I'm eating here right now. Amazing and reasonably priced food, fresh and delicious. Great service and ambiance. Decor for dining in is out of this world!
The owner is very friendly and hospitable, and the ingredients are always fresh. Unique menu items you won't find anywhere else.
5 stars all around!!!!! I wish you many successful years in the business!”
“Miros is considered by most to be among the top five best restaurants in Palm Springs and with good reason. The atmosphere is warm and comfortably elegant, service is friendly and impeccable. Cuisine is exceptional with comfort food that is refined and clearly farm to table. Expect an absolutely wonderful dining experience every time. Whether dining in the lovely interior, dining room, or the starlit outdoor patio, service is always gracious and attentive. Special thanks and kudos to Alison behind bar for her omnipresent and delightful smile and exceptional service.”
“I work downtown Palm Springs and I see the aspen mills tent at the street fair every Thursday and love getting the chocolate muffins.
Today I went to the actual bakery shop and quality of the food is excellent. Outstanding bakery, amazing products and great staff. Definitely coming back to try the sandwich 🥪
Kenny cashier at the front has good customer service. He saw me taking pictures and encouraged me to tag and get good shots.”
“I enjoyed a wonderful experience at Farm in Palm Springs for an early Mother's Day dinner. We had delightful three hour six course dinner in a magical setting with live music and delicious fare. PROS: The hostesses graciously greeted us and sat us a bit earlier than our reservation time. Had a nice table in one of the rooms with a fireplace and a large mirror. The saxophonist played and the sound poured in with great acoustics from the speakers. The amuse bouch had avocado, so I could not eat it, so my mom enjoyed all two. My dad could not eat solid foods due to mouth surgery. The bread course had warm fresh items and silky salty butter. The beet salad, melon salad, and corn soup provided earthy, tart, sweet, and creamy bites and tastes. The varied textures provided a kaleidescope of fresh tastes. The baked brie offered sweet and savory mixes of grilled bread, pear, and date spread! The lemon sorbet palate cleanser provided a balanced experience that did its job. The salmon entree provided an exquisitely pan fried crispy and juicy flaky fillet. The creamy dijon mustard sauce complimented the protein perfectly. The sweet peppers offered a wonderful crunch. The swiss chard added some bitter contrast to the garlic potatoes. The wonderfully bitter Citron crepe provided a nice end to a culinary cruise. Crystal took great photos in the garden. Gilbert was professional and affable. CONS: They asked me so many times for extra drinks. I had to prompt them multiple times to fill the water glasses and refills on tea and diet coke. They charged me full price for mashed potatoes, soup, and sorbet for my dad's meal. I get it. OVERALL: I highly recommend this restaurant for a magical evening meal inspired by Provence, France.”

“Truly a delightful place to stop by for lunch. After a day of sightseeing, I wanted to go locally to have a nice meal without trekking a long ways. The Pantry fit the bill as the ambiance reminded me of one of the restaurants I visited in Southern France.
The staff were friendly and made great recommendations from the menu. I liked that it wan’t a huge restaurant so it had a warm and cozy feeling to it.
I loved the lobster roll and rose spritz that I had. Everything was tasty and enjoyed my lunch. I would definitely be back again to try other items off the menu.”
“Everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for seating me in a very nice spot for my birthday. Thank you for the birthday ice cream after my meal. The food was delicious. The bread was yummy. The wine was exquisite. The waiter was wonderful. The owners make you feel welcomed and part of the family. I will definitely be returning and this was my third time being here. Thank you 😊 🏆🏆🏆🏆💕💕💕💕☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️”
“5 stars! Best breakfast option in Palm Springs. Here’s the best order you can get: 2 date cappuccinos to start with a parfait as an appetizer. Breakfast sandwhich croissant situation as your main. And date pistachio croissant for dessert. We crave this all week long. Can’t go wrong! Great service, too.”
“"Best Meal in Palm Springs!"🤩 i wanted to shout to the people at the Host Stand; considering their options... 😁Excellent Service, Amazing Ambiance, Fantastic Food, Plus a Chef and Owner Who Care Enough to Talk With Guests and Not Too Proud to Pitch In with Front of House! Great Experience! We Will Be Back! ... Telling Friends and Family!😍”
“I HIGHLY recommend Desert Moon. Alex, Rafael, and Geovanny have made exceptional use of their expertise to create an amazing dining experience. The atmosphere is excellent. The service is first rate. The food is fantastic. The Crispy Chicken Pot Stickers and the Brussel Sprouts are not to be missed. We have dined there as a couple and with friends. We have never been disappointed. I gave them 5 stars. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Congratulations and best wishes for your success!”
“Great evening with friends for a cocktail, server was amazing and the atmosphere was fantastic.”

“Most of the time I get breakfast here. I wanna say for a fast paced business. The team works their tail off. I wanna say thank you to the whole team as well as to my morning crew Anthony, Morgan, Maggie,Jocelyn and Lupe. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and they’re such an amazing team. Keep up the good work guys!!!
Teresa🤗”
“Came here the other night and they accidentally forgot one item and when I called to fix the situation manager Jose was extremely kind and understanding. When I went to pick up my missing item the young girl at the window and her coworkers were all amazing and very nice to me. Hope their boss sees this and knows they have good workers!!! Bless them all and good luck to everyone on the team”

Takeout Restaurants
“I apologize but I have been going to get food at this location ever since they opened. I should have given a review from the start, but I wanted to wait until I truly experienced all of what they have to offer. All I have to say is, AMAZING. Everything from their carnitas tacos to carne asada nachos is the best. I can say I even drink their hot sauce lol. You want food that gives every bang for the buck, you need to go here. They are such wonderful people to deal with, which makes it even better.”
“Had a DELICIOUS lunch. Green plantain patacone with chicken, and the guava/cheese pastelito are without a doubt the best lunch you can get in the desert. The owners are so friendly and welcoming also. We will be back every time we are in the area, it is truly yummy food.”
“This place rocks! The best sandwhich place in Palm Springs. The bread was fresh and crunchy and the meat and cheese fresh and delicious. Definitely a must when in town.”
“I totally enjoyed my recent and a previous dinner occasion at La Perlita. Service was friendly and efficient, from being greeted through departure after enjoying a delicious meal. Portions were just right in size, not too little or too much. I had the pollo asado and was very satisfied.”
“This is what a California Diner should be. John's is a throwback of years gone by in the most wonderful way. the way it smells, the way it looks- the food, the ordering counter, literally everything. John's is one of the most complete places to eat in Palm Springs”
“This place is cute and quaint. The food and drinks were above average. The Smashburger is probably one of the best smash burgers I’ve had. Simple yet perfect. Crunchy bits around the edge of the meat a little bit of lettuce and handmade special sauce that put it over the top. The late night fries were a must. Lots of special sauce and made with love.
I think what put it over. The top was the amazing staff. Thank you so much Rachel and Tevin.
I really only had one usable picture because we tore into the food as soon as they came… Lol”
“Food is delicious and loads of great vegetarian options. I had the flowers omelette and braised leeks both great. Advise booking ahead. Comfortable for solo diners.”

“I write for a music and coffee blog called Crooners In Coffeeshops, in which I interview local musicians at local coffeeshops. My writeup reflects the positive experience that I encountered at Mon Amour Cafe on our interview date. Do you have an affinity for crepes? Do you like getting a bang for your buck? Well, Westwood’s Mon Amour Cafe offers both and boy will you not be disappointed. Nestled in the heavily populated neighborhood close to UCLA, this build your own crepe shop offers a variety of recipes to fit your mood. Whether you’re looking for something savory, or want to give into your sweet tooth like I was (in which I opted for the Nutella, strawberry, banana and ice cream infused Broxton), vistors of all ages and backgrounds will be able to find something to enjoy. But that’s not the best part! Mon Amour is open late Friday-Sunday, so you have plenty of opportunity to nab yourself a treat after a show at the Regency Village Theater or Geffen Playhouse Theater, a sporting event at the college, or let’s be honest, after a long night of partying.”
“This is a very cute restaurant me and my sister were visiting from Arizona the owner was very attentive and friendly I had the torta carne asada very delicious with jalapeños. Great hideaway atmosphere on Palm canyon I would definitely be coming back. Thank you Mickey”
“The Best In The World no Questions Asked. Hands down there's no donut place like it. Customer service 💯% on point. I can't live without this place, I've been going for years. I am currently on my way there now frfr before work. May God watch over this place, and people in an out, God bless them and all, and their entire families in the name of Jesus Christ I pray Amen. 🙏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🫶🏽

“We order pizza from Palermo Pizza as most of the regular Italian restaurants were closed for August here in Palm Springs, CA. Madison and his daughter Sammi were great and the pizza was excellent. We shall be returning and hopefully the restaurant will be back serving inside soon! Thank you Matisse and Sammi for your great service.”
“Everything was amazing. However, the bartender seemed to be a bit intoxicated.. He tests every drink... and this could be the reason... but was sloppy and broke things.. .. otherwise we had an amazing experience.:(”

“SO.PA is now serving dinner on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the L'Horizon pool cabana. Dinner is the same delicious food and professional service but in a quintessential Palm Springs setting. There are about 10 tables on a raised floor, covered by classic black and white awning fabric and overlooking the pool and grounds ... a view previously seen only by registered hotel guests. The food, size of the space and atmosphere are a nice alternative from a large busy restaurant. You are made to feel special and have a memorable night.”
“I was invited by friends to attend "Ho" for my Birthday. The atmosphere, talented singers and the food were awesome. If you can enjoy the moment and raucous behavior you will have a good time. I will definitely drive from Orange County to enjoy another event in 2024. So much fun!”
“We had such a wonderful dinner at Sandfish. The outdoor patio is absolutely lovely — relaxed, stylish, and perfect for a cozy evening out. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. Our drinks were also excellent and beautifully balanced.
We started with the tuna tostadas, and they were phenomenal. The tostadas were perfectly thin and crisp, providing the ideal texture to complement the fresh tuna on top. Every bite had that satisfying crunch paired with bright, clean flavors.
Next came the yellowtail crudo, which was delicate and refreshing, followed by the Sandfish roll. The fried potato threads on the roll were such a fun and delicious touch — crispy, savory, and incredibly addictive. We also ordered the Koko roll, and both rolls were exceptionally fresh and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality of the fish.
To end the evening, we had the white chocolate and chai cremeux, and oh my — it was the perfect finale. Creamy, aromatic, and just the right level of sweetness.
If you’re a seafood lover, this is absolutely a spot worth checking out. Fresh fish, creative rolls, great drinks, and a beautiful patio — what more could you ask for?”
“First dinner in Palm Springs and we were pleasantly surprised. I got the prawn pasta with white caper sauce which was very flavorful. Everything over all was good. Large portions so we had leftovers. Loved their double patio.
Jim was our waiter, super attentive, kind, and helpful. Another gentleman walked around to check on us with a beige jacket unfortunately I neglected to get his name. He asked how things were and I told him great and that it was my Birthday. He said desert was ok him. Brought over a Birthday card which was very nice. And I received my Creme Brulee which was great good.
The person who also got out warm fresh made bread was attentive and kept checking on us and he was also very kind. Sorry for names I forgot to take down. Just know your staff is wondering and food speaks for itself. Thank you for making my evening special.”
“Went there for the first time in a long time, nothings changed which is GREAT because that means they haven’t become complacent nor given in to entropy. Drinks were great, food was delicious and servers and bartenders and the hostesses and manager were great. A great gem of a place for those wanting a Great experience, oh and the happy hour menu is great and they’re open every day unlike what Google map app says.”
“If you walk out of there not full. It’s your own fault. They serve you delicious food! But eat only half of your meal so you can save room for dessert.”
“We absolutely love this place. Great food and great service. Always try to get here for lunch on our way to the airport and today especially enjoyed the croissant benedict.”
“I totally enjoyed my recent and a previous dinner occasion at La Perlita. Service was friendly and efficient, from being greeted through departure after enjoying a delicious meal. Portions were just right in size, not too little or too much. I had the pollo asado and was very satisfied.”
Cheap Eats
“First and most important, batch-brew drip is good. No pour over because kettle is broken. No reusable cups for hot coffee (picture of miir cup on the wall, but no options to purchase one). Baristas clearly enjoy their job and having a good time. A little cramped and could use an interior decorator.
Again though, good beans, and that's better than everywhere else around here I've tried.”
“Been here couple times & they have good burgers & potato salad - it says it’s a former Grayhound Bus station so it’s a bit quirky but worth a visit. I don’t know why they insist on posting more than 40 menus on the website from the last 17 years (other than comparison to see inflation lol) wish they highlighted the CURRENT menu a bit more prominently instead of searching thru page after page of history”
“We come to palm springs ones a year for my daughter's competition. Yet, my daughter is very good at picking healthy spot either shakes or boba tea..lol..always a great experience. Great healthy selections. Also it's right next to EOS Fitness. I highly recommend try this place💯. Definitely will be back here.”
“Solid coffee, great pastries, but 2 of 2 orders/days/visits has been messed up. Yesterday I asked for a long black instead of americano and explained/asked if it could be done (and told yes), but ultimately got an Americano delivered. Today I ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon and got back to the hotel to find the chorizo one instead.”
“Great coffee and even better vibes! With multiple locations across Palm Springs, this is the perfect reliable spot for a quick grab-and-go.
Their veggie quiche is a fantastic breakfast choice, and the banana bread is a must-try. Whether you're fueling up for the day or just need a caffeine fix, you can't go wrong here.”

“Our 2nd time at Spencer’s, and it certainly won’t be the last. Service is extraordinary, the food exceptional, and the ambiance is wonderful. I highly recommend it. I write for a local paper in Missouri -where I despair of the quality displayed by so many restaurants. No wonder I was eager to get back to Spencer’s on our recent trip to Palm Desert.”
“The service here is very good. I stopped by one time because I was craving some chips and when I walked in I was serviced and the prices here were better than the sellers in the street. I am definitely coming back in here to buy chips and ice cream for a birthday party!!!”
“Definitely recommended! They sat us on the patio, and the atmosphere was great. Our servers were really helpful. We followed their recommendations and boy was that a good idea. The appetizer was cooked to perfection and lightly spiced. The dinner was even better. The spicing built upon the appetizer but a bit richer and more complex. Combined with the drinks, it was an exceptional meal. Each element built on the one before it. We’ll done gang, that was a great experience!”

“Just tried the new Makka in Palm Springs and I couldn’t be happier! Has to jump on here and leave them a five star review. I had the Makka bowl which was fabulous and My daughter had a power smoothy that was recommended! We both loved our choices. They are affiliated with Fruit Wonders and have the same fruit bowls as well!! I will be visiting this place often and I highly recommend it! Delicious food and a super friendly staff”
“I’m blown away! This food should be Michelin recommended. I’ve lived in California for over a decade and been to Mexico multiple times - and these may be the best fish and shrimp tacos that I’ve ever had in my entire life. And our server was truly the sweetest person in the world.”
“I herd about the coffee on KFI, I called to get some and talked to Cliff and he told me where I could find it in the desert. We had such a nice conversation on the phone that I want to meet him in person. His coffee is so good, as a life long drinker of store bought coffee, Cliff explained to me abut the importance of fresh roasted beans and the flavor they provide and now having some of his sunrise roast I can taste it and the difference that I was missing. Thanks for waking up my tastebuds. I’m now also a believer in Coachella Valley Coffee all because Cliff answered his phone himself on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend you try his coffee, you won’t be disappointed, you may be a new covert like me.”
