“It's a beautiful outdoor space. I'm for biased for sure, because nothing is nicer than coffee on a sunny morning. My cappuccino was excellent, cinnamon biscuits not so. It was soggy. To be to my taste, it should be more dry. Service was good. You order on the counter and the server will bring you to your table.“
“Very very rarely do I hear my partner say something positive about food establishments. Today he walked back out to our car, gelato in hand and exclaimed “I love this place”. We come every Saturday before grocery shopping and will continue to do so. I love the panna cotta with either strawberry or lemon (owners recommendation) and today have a new favorite with the Carmel crème. They also have espresso for affogato and sidewalk table too. Love this place for their flavors, generous portions(for gelato) and most of all their hospitality.“

“Cool coffee shop and record store in Downtown Palm Springs! The owner is a photographer so the store features her works on the walls. The vinyl selection is nice and I really appreciate how they have it sectioned out by decade. Prices are fair and it’s definitely worth a stop!“
“Atmosphere was incredible and super cute! Loved the outdoor seating and all the decor. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, and was very yummy with the chipotle aioli sauce. Breakfast potatoes were a great balance between crispiness and softness. Their chaga drink with mushrooms tasted amazing, even though I'm not too much of a coffee drinker. We also got their chocolate chip cookie, but was a bit too hard and sweet for my liking. All in all, would return if I'm in town again!Service, however, was a bit out of the norm for me. I was with 4 other people. I had kindly asked our waitress for some napkins, when none of us had napkins. Our waitress showed up with two napkins for me and not for the table, which I was not expecting. She also asked one of my friends if he wanted to grab utensils himself or if she should grab one for him...“
“I really enjoyed my experience at 4 Paws! There was a large selection of baked goods as well as hot menu items. My mom really liked her bunless breakfast. She said it was filling and had lots of protein. The blueberry scone was soft and yummy. Perfect amount of sweetness. Cafe itself has lots of seating. They have board games out if you want some entertainment and a gifty shop area. Coffee was great. Definitely pricy like most coffee shops around here. Employees are friendly.“

Anyone driving or walking by could easily think you are closed. When we went inside last night (Friday at 7:45 pm), we were the only two customers at that time. Inside, I noticed that the light in front of the main window was not on, making your store look even darker and not open from the outside. Your store could really benefit from some lighting that can be seen from the sidewalk and roadway, or perhaps something lit up in the window that gets the attention of pedestrians and cars passing by. I am sure there is a lot of foot traffic you could capitalize on from El Mirasol. Your ice cream, location, charm, and quality employees are too good to not be busy on a Friday night. “Such a wonderful restaurant. The crew was fantastic, such a professional wait staff. The meal was excellent. No outside dining but plenty of room inside. We were there for a Tuesday lunch and the place was full. The bakery is awesome. The menu is extensive with plenty of choices. The parking lot is very ample with easy in and out. Actually, I cannot wait to dine there again.“

“I've laways had a good experience at the Koffi locations. I often go to this one and the one in Palm Desert on hwy-111. The people are always super nice, they always get the drinks made fairly quick. I like the vanille bean supreeme drink, probably my favorite one for sure. I like the vibe of the place, friendly people“
“Beautiful place. Large indoor area to sit and eat and drink your coffee and Acai. Cheese balls and deserts are fabulous. The staff are absolutely amazing, they make the best Acai cups and service is friendly and professional. The location is in the center of Downtown Palm Springs and I would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend the place.Parking: You can park on the strip downtown, or in La Plaza area or in the Palm Springs downtown parking lot..or the back of the strip. Lots of options.“
“This is by far the best Starbucks in Palm Springs, which is rare inside of a grocery store! The staff is helpful, friendly, consistent, patient… I could go on and on. We often start our mornings here before work and look forward to seeing our SB pals daily. The drinks are always great, but it’s the staff that keeps us going.“

She accommodated my request & charge me as plain French fries. Since it's just plain Tots & same veggie family LOL!) “Staff were great, however, they need more staff, especially on weekends. The line was to the door and there was very limited people at the registers. Both days we were there.The folks calling out the order names you could hardly hear. Every time I heard something like our name, I'd have to push through the crowds to see if they actually said our name. Most of the time, it wasn't. A better system may benefit this location.Also, the chalk board of menu items is confusing and hard to see, as part of it is behind the registers where you expect it to be, the other half is hidden over by where orders are picked up. I didn't even know I could buy anything other than coffee drinks until I picked up my order 15+ minutes later.“

“Fantastic! We had a great time at Frisky Business. The owners are kind and passionate, and greeted us with excitement. You get any drink you want, which they bring to you in the cat room— and they take great care to have good coffee, matcha, and really nice drinks in the fridge. There were 10 kitties, as two had just been adopted. At first they were mostly napping, but they warmed up to us as we coaxed them out and played with them. It was extra fun to give them treats and earn more trust. I will be back absolutely any time I’m in the area! Didn’t get many photos because I was too busy enjoying the cats. Great vegan options!!“
