“This is one of the 2 best coffee's in Palm Springs. And I am S-E-R-I-O-U-S about my coffee! Rich flavorful beans - not bitter at all. A small local gem I visit every time I am in town. FABULOUS and friendly. The food is from other local places - and decent - but not fresh made in house. It is really all about the coffee.“

“I’m a regular customer at Desert Hand Car Wash, and today I came across Shahe and his pop-up coffee and tea bar. Everything on the menu was just $6, with $1 from every purchase being donated to the Boys & Girls Club of Cathedral City.

I treated myself to a rose water tea, and it was the perfect refresher for an Uber driver on a warm Saturday morning. Great drinks, a great cause, and a great local stop to check out!“

“While in PS I just had the benefit to experience this quaint jewell in the AM. It was worth every crumb you could imagine from such a simple yet tasteful coffee/bakery place. There's even a salon in inside...go figure. You can have some sweets and get your hair done all in the same spot. The coffee was pure, earthy (organic) and pleasant. The had a genuine pleasantness; I hope they don't change or take this compliment for granted after this rating.

Finally every pastry was beyond outstanding and scrumptious to the palate. I just had my guava/cheese turnover today and the filling was still great. Thank you kindly please don't change. “I went to Koffi twice while I was at Palm Springs. My first visit I got something I usually don't get, matcha. I'm not a fan but maybe I never had good matcha before. Turns out, I'm just not a fan. Koffi used their ceremonial matcha, I had it with oatmilk and easy on the sweet. Perhaps my palate isn't refined enough but still tasted like grass to me.
On my second visit, I got my usual iced cold brew, no milk, no sugar. It was excellent! Hints of fruit if you ask me. I like it! 10/10 for the cold brew!
If you go out back they have a nice shady courtyard. It's a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy your drink.
Both times I went the baristas were friendly and helpful. Service was was quick. Will visit again when I'm in town.“

“I ordered a white chocolate mocha and had forgotten to ask for oat milk. The first sip of my first mocha was so exquisite, I just knew it couldn't be alternative milk. I had to ask for a remake and they obliged. I appreciate that so much! The second one was just as good and my tummy is much happier about it as well. The drip was also fantastic that my partner got and I don't tend to like drip 10/10“

“Visiting and staying near by. Happened upon this lovely coffee shop and was lucky enough to have Joshua as my barista. Not only was he so personable but so knowledgeable about coffee. My partner and I had paninis’ which were delicious. Highly recommend the service from Joshua, he is a gem, and the coffee was a extra perk!“

“My biggest complaint is this hidden oasis took me 3 years to find! I know we're all looking for good, cheap eats, but this was seriously a gold mine. We ordered the burrito bowl (meatless) and the croissant sandwich with chicken instead of bacon (we don't eat pork for ethical reasons), and WOW. The flavor and portion for the price was amazing. And for about $20!!

The staff was SUPER helpful, attentive, and kind as well. We're semi-local (have a home in the desert) and we've added this to our rotation for breakfast spots to come to. We're leaving tonight and I'm just bummed we can't make it back one more time before going home.“

“I herd about the coffee on KFI, I called to get some and talked to Cliff and he told me where I could find it in the desert. We had such a nice conversation on the phone that I want to meet him in person. His coffee is so good, as a life long drinker of store bought coffee, Cliff explained to me abut the importance of fresh roasted beans and the flavor they provide and now having some of his sunrise roast I can taste it and the difference that I was missing. Thanks for waking up my tastebuds. I’m now also a believer in Coachella Valley Coffee all because Cliff answered his phone himself on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend you try his coffee, you won’t be disappointed, you may be a new covert like me.“
