“I write for a music and coffee blog called Crooners In Coffeeshops, in which I interview local musicians at local coffeeshops. My writeup reflects the positive experience that I encountered at Mon Amour Cafe on our interview date. Do you have an affinity for crepes? Do you like getting a bang for your buck? Well, Westwood’s Mon Amour Cafe offers both and boy will you not be disappointed. Nestled in the heavily populated neighborhood close to UCLA, this build your own crepe shop offers a variety of recipes to fit your mood. Whether you’re looking for something savory, or want to give into your sweet tooth like I was (in which I opted for the Nutella, strawberry, banana and ice cream infused Broxton), vistors of all ages and backgrounds will be able to find something to enjoy. But that’s not the best part! Mon Amour is open late Friday-Sunday, so you have plenty of opportunity to nab yourself a treat after a show at the Regency Village Theater or Geffen Playhouse Theater, a sporting event at the college, or let’s be honest, after a long night of partying.“

“Overall, this is a nice, simple spot to grab coffee. Just a heads up—it looks like the charges show up as the tiki bar next door, so don’t be alarmed like I was. I thought there was fraud on my card, but it turns out it’s the same owner. The coffee taste can vary, but it’s worth giving a try! 15.82 for two coffee is above market and nothing here that warrants the increased price from what I could tell.“

“Cartel is my favorite coffee in the world. Literally. I have tried so many different coffees and coffee shops, but nothing beats the taste of Cartel's. The coffee is so smooth, the consistency of how the coffee comes out every time is incredible (even when I just order beans for home). Also, the baristas at this location are so kind.“

“A stone's throw from the ACE and minutes away from the PSSC stop here for some kewl vibes and interesting convos; catch your coffee before first-wave or after your ACE pool-party buzz, always tasty, fresh coffee here. I feel their ice-coffee doesn't jitter me up as much so I just dose-up with two extra add-shots. Cheerio?♂️?“

“This spot offers some new and interesting flavors outside the usual standards, though a bit on the sweet side for my taste. The ordering area is a bit cramped, but overall it was good enough that we visited twice during our week-long stay in Palm Springs.“

“Couldn’t have asked for a better vendor at our wedding!! My husband and I had Gelato Granucci at our Palm Springs wedding and every single guest fell in love! It was the cutest set up and every guest raved about how great the gelato was and how kind they were during the whole process!! If you are looking for a pop up gelato vendor at your wedding, we highly recommend them! 10/10“
“New, streamline facility in northern Palm Springs, which makes it extremely convenient to “fuel up” in the morning before getting on the freeway. At least when I was recently there, it was obviously well staffed, and ample training was occurring for the new baristas. I was in and out quickly s d efficiently.“

“Starbucks is always a good enjoyable stop in the day. It has become more expensive but there are specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays that can help out your wallet quite a bit so if you plan a little bit then you can save if you're a stop every single day in the morning then you're going to have a least of $30 a week habit and for coffee that's quite a bit especially when I can buy Starbucks Brew it at home and take it with me and I'm sure that Starbucks doesn't mind how you use their coffee as long as you are using their brand“

“SEE Update at end of post!! Went to this location to get Iced Macha Tea. Out of stock? It's summer, every summer this happens. I don't know what the issue is with product availability, but you are lucky your competition shut down in Coachella Valley. Two locations this week out of Macha Tea? The manager told me he would order more Macha Tea mix immediately, two days later we went by and they had Macha Tea in stock!! Desert Hot Springs location? No Macha Tea in stock a week later.“
