I've been going to Starbucks forever I'm a gold member. I've ordered the same thing for 7 years at a few locations and for the first time without asking Luz From this location put a block out sticker on my drink without me having to ask. I order a cold brew black no ice. She knew it was for a later time. Finally somebody gets me!! Thank you girl

Trenton black guys tea, five Splenda, well shaken. It was awesome. It always is. My name is Carl and I have a Starbucks black iced tea addiction.

Starbucks Coffee Company has friendly staff and lots of seating, though the interior is plain with many tiles, making it feel less cozy. Customers appreciate the helpful employees but have experienced issues with product availability, such as Macha Tea being out of stock during summer. One customer had a negative experience when a fly was found in their coffee, which they found unacceptable. Overall, the store's atmosphere is not very inviting, but the staff's helpfulness is a positive aspect.
