My visit to this particular Starbucks location was overall quite enjoyable. Right off the bat, the friendly staff made a lasting impression with their welcoming attitudes and prompt service. The spaciousness of the café is another highlight, providing plenty of room to find a spot to settle down with your coffee and perhaps get some work done or enjoy a chat. Additionally, the ample car parking available is a significant convenience, ensuring a stress-free start to the coffee experience. However, it's worth mentioning that while the space is comfortable, the furniture does seem a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment to enhance the overall ambiance. A little TLC in this area could really elevate the customer experience.Despite this minor critique, my visit was pretty good, and the positives certainly outweigh the negatives. I look forward to my next visit and hopefully seeing some updates to the décor.

It is not comfortable for anyone to have them stare at you all the time when you wait for a coffee as if you were going to steal a drink ? if a person sits for a long time without a drink and looking at the ones they put on the counter it is because they are waiting for a drink ?? the person who is not friendly at all is the only man who works there, today Feb 20, 2024 8:00 in the morning

Dude, when you walk into a place and the barista calls you and your boyfriend by name and has a pup-cup ready for our dog, you know it's a great location. I've been coming here frequently recently and now after this experience this is my favorite Starbucks location around. Thanks guys for the wonderful customer service and great drinks! Shout-out Josh & Bri! See you next time!

It's been very busy this weekend and they kept speed up sadly closed lobby early last night veterans Day and same as Halloween they didn't post ahead about it. I also feel that they should be clear about the hour's of the indoor seating hours vs drive

So I don't know what is wrong with people but I just left this place and like I bought my drink or whatever I drink it and then went and use the bathroom so maybe I took like a lot sometime longer than most normal people would to use the restroom but I have a messed up stomach whatever there's two bathrooms I didn't hear nobody going to the other bathroom. I didn't have anybody knock or anything like that until one of the workers knocks on the door and it's like hey hurry up in there and somebody else other people need to go to the bathroom and I was like really confused because there was like three people on the rest in the Starbucks and there's still another bathroom. I never heard anybody going to the bathroom I got out and there was still that bathroom was vacant so one of the workers, and there was no line or anything. There was nobody waiting for me to use the restroom, the worker was just doing it because he didn't want me in the bathroom and the other thing that's kind of creepy and gross is like he had to have been paying attention to when I got into the bathroom so he was like lurking me like that hard I'm sorry raced to the bathroom to go and do my business in like record-breaking time or something like that but if there's nobody else what's the crime? I'm not defecating all over the walls or anything like that and again there was a whole Nother restroom that people could've been using that was not occupied at all the entire time I was in there and you know it's like there's a lot of homeless people out here and his way of treating me kind of led me to believe that he thought that I was one of them and you know I'm in a punk rock and stuff and so I don't dress like a like you know like I'm wearing a suit or something like that there's been times where people have mistaken me for somebody that was homeless, and I suspected that was what was going on. I just finished doing a bunch of shopping and I had my Messenger bag with me, and if you were not paying attention because you're ignorant and you don't pay attention to things, then you might incorrectly make the assumption that I am homeless, but that's not the case not disrespect for those who are So if that worker is wondering why somebody flipped him off on the way out that's why she should mind his business and stop lurking people when they're just trying to the bathroom that's weird. And I tip them two dollars that makes me mad. I work in restaurants and I never do some stuff like that is nobody.

Placed a mobile order 10:19am. Arrive at 10:27am. My drink did not look as usual (iced shaken expresso) was not even filled up grande cup. Ask employee Rooney. He says yea your drink has been sitting for 10 minutes. To which I say there's no way I just placed the order. Pretty much saying my drink was made in seconds (which is good right) but it was melted was his reasoning. Did not make sense as I order this often. I normally wouldn't mind but his tone and making it seem as if I took forever to get there made no sense! I was there in a timely matter my drink should not be half way filled in cup. This is not my usual Starbucks and always have issues here. It's just coffee who cares but your tone and attitude says it all!

Ordered via the app and went to the wrong location (this was the correct location). Order was ready; however, staff completely ignored me as I was looking for those little plastic cup harpoons (to keep the coffee from spilling out of the lid). Tried getting their attention to no avail. Oh, well...will just stick to my two usual locations in the area.

"Beating" Customers Over the Head for TIPSYou'd think we would all get used to the idea of having the credit card machine being shoved into our faces with the full intent from the vendor, as the look expectantly at you, that you'd be humbled into giving a tip... that is against your entire heart and soul. ... because instead of costing what it costs to get your Starbucks Latte which is already $6.00 or $7.00... now we all have to deal with the EXPECATION that we are going to give a TIP ... no matter what.... case closed.Let me tell you, I'm seriously fed up with this whole tipping charade that's become the norm. You're handed that credit card machine (that comes on a long cord), and it's like the employee's eyes are drilling into your soul, practically demanding a tip. I'm already paying a hefty amount for a latte that could practically buy me lunch... now I'm cornered into tipping too?Tipping is GREAT when someone deserves it, but this pressure to cough up no matter what's going on is making my blood boil. SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA just because someone handed me a cup of coffee ????Let's talk about those employees who really don't deserve a tip. I've seen it all, from the snooty barista who can't get my order right to the clueless cashier who's more interested in their phone than helping customers. But guess what? The expectation to tip is inescapable. It's like a guilt trip waiting to happen.... well.... I'm not here for it.Shouldn't businesses pay their staff properly and make them want to do a good job? Why is it my problem to make up for their lack of ethics? This whole situation is getting under my skin, and I'm SURE I'm not alone in feeling this way.I've been through drive-thru Starbucks hell too. You're just trying to grab your caffeine fix, and suddenly, there's that cursed credit card machine... SHOVED AT YOU, blinding you with the sun's glare, and demanding a tip. It's actually the FIRST THING ... right out of the box... before anything else !!!! Do they NOT see that I'm barely awake, and I don't have the mental clarity for this right now?To dodge this headache, I've started using a Starbucks gift card. It's my secret weapon to avoid the machine being shoved AT me.... the judgmental stare, and the whole tipping showdown.
