BEST KOFFI EVERRR
I went to Koffi twice while I was at Palm Springs. My first visit I got something I usually don't get, matcha. I'm not a fan but maybe I never had good matcha before. Turns out, I'm just not a fan. Koffi used their ceremonial matcha, I had it with oatmilk and easy on the sweet. Perhaps my palate isn't refined enough but still tasted like grass to me.

Koffi Palm Springs North is a cute cafe with seating indoors, outdoors, and in the courtyard. It is nice and cool inside, but not overly cold. The location is great, with a lovely garden at the back and stunning mountain views. The garden is an absolute hidden gem and a perfect place to enjoy the amazing coffee and watch the hummingbirds. The baristas are friendly, helpful, and kind. Service was quick. The prices are fair and not overpriced. The iced cold brew is excellent with hints of fruit. The organic chai latte is divine, and the bear claws are delicious. Scrumptious desserts are also available. However, 2 of 2 orders have been messed up; one order for a long black instead of americano was not made correctly, and a breakfast burrito with bacon was replaced with the chorizo one.
