“1st time you Dutch Bros. I was greeted by the most friendliest happy staffer who came to take my order. Since I had no clue on what I wanted to try. He asked me some questions on what I usually like, then suggested options for me to choose. He made my visit so much fun, I ordered 4 drinks, and everyone loved all my choices. I highly recommend it.“

“How have I taken this long to rate my favorite bagel spot!!!!? I know, are you as surprised by that statement, as me and my mother are when we say it aloud? ? I've scoured the Coachella Valley for alternatives for their jalapeno cheese bagels, and nothing compares. No one beats the bagel game like coffee bean and tea leaf. I've also tried researching who they contract with for bagels, to order them, to no avail. I've also looked up NY bagel shops to order an alternative that I could freeze, but that was also a dead end. We suffer so much when they're sold out, which happens daily by the early afternoon. You've gotta wake up early to get to them because we're not alone in this race.
The bagel is fluffy, thick, chewy. Shredded cheddar cheese is baked on top and oozes off of the exterior when toasted, with jalapeños sprinkled on top and baked within it for a picante ride to flavor town. Alongside that is my vanilla bean cold brew in hand to calm the fire growing in my mouth. You can't and won't beat it. It is a to die for weekend cheat meal.
As for service, I order plenty from here through doordash, and it is always made 100% correctly. Zero problems!
When I do go in person, the majority of the time, workers are pleasant, welcoming, and nice. However, it's not to say I haven't dealt with the occasional worker who is tired or fed up for whatever reason and expresses it through poor attitude. But hey, in reality, who hasnt had one of those days or experiences at other fast food places we continue to frequent? Besides, there are only two locations in the whole valley, so what other choice do we have, right? They know this. Their customers know this?. Besides, I'm not going to drive 40 minutes to the PD location for a coffee, lol.“

“Firstly, before giving this narrative, that I hope helps whoever needs to read this, I would like to preface: if you take a look at my reviews, rarely would I ever speak negatively, only, if in truth it would be the just thing to do and the need to named staff or establishment really needs to take a look at themselves. Trust me, I have a few one or two brewing, but I also believe in giving a fair amount of chance for a positive change. I want to believe in the best of people. That being said, I will do nothing short of giving credit where it is due, because too rare do we look for the positive; I hope I can shed some of the light I have found within my own positive experiences.
Amazing atmosphere! Superior Service! Marvelous moments! And a terrific team! A little Doctor Suess alliteration for some silly amusement for the team I speak of so highly. I hope you guys can find some enjoyment when you get a chance to read, and hopefully make you crack a smile, because it is the least I can do for all the smiles you have made me carry with me after starting or ending my day with you! The whole team serves excellence, even if they are having a rough day, they always bring their best and reciprocate the kind and respectful energy I try to give; they ALWAYS reciprocate double-fold! I would like to point out a few who have really stood out, and then two who have gone above and beyond. Lea, Kennedy, Geronimo, Dylan, and a few others- whose names I will acquire and add into the edit later- Thank you SO much for the positive attitude and vibes, the warm and friendly faces, the kindness, and personability... all are things that are often forgotten in the service industry and even amongst one another...YOU guys help to restore my faith in humanity every time I get to see you guys! Now for these two, no words could truly describe the way they have already, repeatedly exemplified sincerity and "love for your neighbor"...V and Nick, we need more hearts like yours in this world; Thank you! And to the whole team, thank you all, I look forward to all the vibes here at Jefferson/111 Starbucks <3
Recommend anything V, Geronimo, and Nick make (I have yet to try everyone else's specialties). As a bartender, myself, these shoutouts are highly recommended! Just let them know what flavor, sweetness and intensity you are in the mood for and they can whip things up and you won't be disappointed.

“I've been going to the La Quinta Resort in La Quinta, CA since the 1980's. We stay at least once a year and love going right before Labor Day. I went through their website on booking and used the 'Summer Escape' deal that was $248 a night with $40 pp for spa per diam and $100 dining credit per day. We got in around 6pm on Thursday and after driving 2+ hours from San Diego, we just wanted to get room service and chill. First of all, Eli Altamirano, is awesome at the Front Desk/Mgr and was wonderful. Along with Patricia at the Front Desk as well. When doing the 'Summer Escape' Deal of 2 nights at $200 for our stay for dining, no where did anyone state that it is $100 per diam NOT a cumalative, so, if we over spent on our per diam, we were charged the overage, even tho' we were under our $200 for our stay....this is very deceptive and I feel that I have been duped out of my monies that I had but for one, was not explained to me at checking in and I couldn't find it on the website either. Went to Morgan's for 5pm Friday night drinks and app's and while the website and the voice mail for Morgan's states Open at 5pm, the door was locked and here was me and others were waiting in the 115 degree temp's till around 5:10pm and we went around the side door, which was open to see the hostess state it wasn't open till 5:30pm. The Manager, was irked but there was no 'Sorry' from him and we all were met with a real attitude issue with the Mgr. We've been going to Morgan's for at least 10+ years and we've had issues with this Mgr before. We spend money, tip at least 30% and really don't appreciate being treated with such disdain. Bryan, the bartender is OUTSTANDING! Left him $40 tip on $130 for taking good care of us and softening the brunt of the brusk attitude of the Mgr. I called the Front Desk and they verified that Morgan's opens at 5pm and took off $50 for the wait in the hot sun and attitude of the Mgr. Food for breakfast at Twenty Six was always good with Salmon Benedict and the 2 men that have been there for 33+ years are SO nice and I believe their names were 'Fernando and Roberto' but I could be wrong...lovely guys!! My main beef about staying here on the 'Summer Escape' is it should be a Cumalative and NOT a per diam per your stay. If I'm staying from Thursday-Saturday, how is that broken up? No one explained and when I called to check out, it was $100+ higher. The toiletries are now very pedestrian vs. the Frederic Fekkai that they used to have. I know a lot of hotel resorts are scaling back but this hotel is another caliber vs others and no one wants non-descript soap, no Q-tips, John Wayne toilet paper! I'm bummed out and it left a bad taste after going here for over 35+ years and being a loyal guest!“

“A Starbucks these days is just a Starbucks. The chain that launched a thousand real estate careers has pretty much homogenized itself into just another coffee shop. The thrill of going into the warm, inviting "third place" is gone. The Christmas time thrill of the "magic", not so much.
This location stands out a little, it still has seats around small tables, a community high top and one or two padded chairs. The wi-fi is still free and there are a pretty good number of electric outlets. But its all-neutral colors and hard edges. And a not too easy drive-thru lane.
But, the crew here is particularly sharp, they understand how to run the place and seldom get it wrong. The drive thru staff is efficient, they usually have pleasant words. Yeah, there are other locations that are closer, but this is the one we like the best.
I like Starbucks Coffee. It is my favorite; I used to go every day. Now it's once or twice a week. It is not as warm and welcoming. The prices seem to increase by the order, and long before "inflation" gave an excuse. Others, like San Diego's Buzz have the edge on ambiance now.
Remember when they promised coffee would always be their core product. Now you're lucky to find a package of beans at a Starbucks.
Parking: The lot is small, there is parking in the center lot, but not close and you have to cross a travel lane. They have occasional jam ups.“
“the coffee here is excellent! they have different unique award winning chais which are to die for. i personally had the white choc latte which was the perfect balance between coffee taste and sweet. my friend got the different chais which were so good. the chocolate chip chip cookies warmed up are also so good! while visiting we tried this place for coffee on the first day and didn’t want to try any other ones. when i’m back down here i’m coming again!!“

“We have been coming to the La Quinta area for the past few years (a couple weeks at a time) and attend this specific Starbucks everyday while we are here. It's fantastic to see familiar staff each year and additionally are friendly and always greet you with a smile. One particular barista that stands out is Zoe. She always has a smile and recalls what we order. This level of service is far and few between these days; however, it continues to thrive at this location. As we get ready to head back home in a couple days, we look forward to returning here next year with the hope of seeing Zoe and her co-workers! Well done Starbucks, you have a great crew here!“
“Great customer service all smiles and super fast at least for me it was. This was my experience..Wooooooooooooo!!“

“I recommend taro or signature milk tea with 50% less sugar. It tastes better than others. I don’t like too much sweet. You have to tell them the sugar levels when you order.I love Taiyaki with Nutella inside. If you would like to eat Asian crispy and sweet cake, I recommend you to try them. Recently they changed interior inside. It looks cool and clean.“

“Stop for coffee and breakfast while riding my bike. Great place for fresh food and great food. Service was a little off but will not deter me from returning. Will highly recommend for anybody and everybody who is looking for something good and unique in Old Town La Quinta California.“
