The pastries were so delicious, and the Sueno coffee completely blew me away with its orange and vanilla flavors—perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. I would’ve never thought of this combo in a coffee, but it’s amazing! I’ll definitely be back for this. I think it’s my new favorite coffee flavor. I also tried the Calabaza coffee, filled with cozy pumpkin and fall spices—so delicious and comforting. The staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful with the menu, and it really adds to the experience. There were about 20 people in line ahead of me today, but it was totally worth the wait, and they still got the drinks out impressively fast. “I loved this place. My wife and I enjoyed a date day today, and this was one of the stops that helped make it a great experience.

The quality of the gelato is on point, the service is on point, and considering the location, quality, and what other places charge, I’d say this place is a hidden gem.

We had a freshly made waffle cone topped with strawberry and peach gelato, and it was excellent. The Mrs. had an affogato that she thoroughly enjoyed as well.

Too bad we didn’t take pictures—everything looked as good as it tasted. We’ll definitely be back!

“They have some of the best ownership—it’s truly unbelievable. They are very well respected, kind, and have big hearts. The atmosphere is amazing, and everything is so clean. It used to be a Starbucks, but I honestly love this location much more than the one across the street. The employees are great as well—very friendly and welcoming. It is 10 stars rating, not 5, they got a free upgraded to the best!!!“

“Just stopped in this cafe at the suggestion of a store clerk in this shopping center and I’m so glad I took her advice. Calm, cute, clean breakfast/lunch/coffee/wine spot. The Mama Mia panini is excellent— I was surprised at the caliber of the panini (flavorful and very fresh!), it tastes like I’m at a fancy sitdown restaurant! Service was great too. Cute dishes too!“

“Pastry here hit the spot!

Along with a hot Vanilla Latte, I ordered a blueberry muffin- “warm please”. It was delicious, soft and airy, with a nice amount of blueberries. It’s a good portion size and I only ate half, the rest of the portion I had the following morning… it was still fresh, soft and airy. If you have a sweet tooth for blueberries, the Blueberry Muffin is a good choice.

This location has a drive thru, the barista who took our order car side had such a great attitude, very polite and friendly. Considering the triple digit weather, his customer service was stellar!

Aside from the muffin, I ordered a hot Vanilla Latte. It was okay, it was an ordinary drink.

If you’re ever in La Quinta, I would suggest stopping by.“

“The coffee bean on El Paseo is amazing! The drink selection is great and they are made to perfection! Not only do you get great drinks but you also get free entertainment watching the people and cars pass by. It is a great location to sit and relax!

“We stopped at a Starbucks in a grocery store near our hotel. There was one person taking orders and making drinks for 8 people in front of us. While in line I googled directions to a stand alone Starbucks. We got in the car and drove 1.5 miles to this Starbucks where there were 10 baristas and two people ahead of us. The coffees were perfect, probably because the barista had one job and minimal stress.“

When busy, the parking lot can definitely be a little hectic, but other than that, it’s nothing but good vibes.

“I would say the store is original, signature, and actual. The drinks are all great, the foods are delicious, staffs are nice, the prices are affordable, ingredients are top-quality, the place is clean and nice-looking, the atmosphere is comfortable and cool. It is a really perfect place to hang out for every age. I’ve been coming here for like 3 years, since the day they first opened it. I highly recommend this place! Come through and try out some of the drinks and foods here! You won’t be disappointed. �“

“Parking needs an additional disabled spot. Be careful with drivers - people don’t care how they drive through this parking lot. I wish we were able to purchase bread through the drive thru. I was told by one employee in store that I could but that wasn’t the case at the ordering point. Overall it’s always clean and they usually have a good amount and variety of breads available.“

“Nice to have this coffee shop in old town - it’s my go to even with its flaws. The line moves fast and the baristas are great.

The coffee needs work - I’m not sure if the espresso machine needs to be dialed in or cleaned more often, but 40% of the time (and I come often) the espresso is bitter or burnt.

It’s also surprising this place has no vegan pastries available - la quinta brings in guest from everywhere so it just makes sense to have these available even if it’s only during peak season. When I make the trek to IW coffee they make some effort to have muffins and cookies that are vegan.“

Plus, I handed her my cup and she filled it (counter order). Then the topper! The most neglected bathroom that i have ever encountered at Starbucks. “Another very very spacious Starbucks. Maybe the extravagance of space is just a feature of the desert communities generally. But compared to so many Starbucks where it's crowded and cold, this one is comfortable, beautifully decorated and has a mix of tables counters and soft upholstered chairs. It has a drive-in but the staff at the counter were extremely quick.“
