We stayed nearby in La Quinta for a week and came here just about every single morning, even on the weekends when the line stretched over an hour! It's well worth it and understandable why it's so popular. I tried the lavender latte, viet coffee, matcha latte, and croissant breakfast sandwich several times - all solid. Everything coming out of their kitchen turned our heads 'cause it looked so good.
FYI it's counter service and open seating. No reservations.

First timer here . Wasn’t greeted right away but the girl takin my order was nice.
I got the avocado toast. The avocado comes like a guac not sliced. But the flavor is good!it’s only one toast of bread. Has spinach on top , alottttt of it . If you love spinach you’ll b fine but I would do easy spinach if you’re not a big fan. Anyways I got mine wit bacon. Came 3 slices on the side.ill give it a 8 out of 10.
