“We visited this Starbucks as a pit stop and this place was a nice reprieve from the heat. The dining room, as well as the bathrooms and the young lady who took my order was pleasant and very nice. My drink came out exactly as requested, ty Starbucks!“

“06/25/2022 Be carefull when handing your debit/credit cards to the cashier at this Starbucks location. This morning the drive thru barista did not return the debit card back to me. It wasn't more than 5 minutes when I realized the debit card wasn't returned to me. It must of been a period of no more than 10 minutes and the barista/cashier had already charged the debit card with two more additional transactons of $24.95 each. When we went back for the debit card the manager did not want to talk to us, instead a tall, heavy set, short hair and very rude barista told us, "I'll refund your money cash." I asked, "aren't you going to figure out, why two more transactions where charged on my card?" The barista responded rudely, " Lady, I'm going to refund you your money!" We are not the agressors here, we are the victims and what this employees are doing is called stealing. By the way the manager and the barista/cashier acted, it seams to me that they both know what's going on. When one person steals, that person is a thief. When more than one person is involved in stealing it's called a conspiracy. We should be able to hand over our cards to cashiers with trust that we will only be charged for our purchases. It's called ethic mixed with morals and respect to your self and the company you're representing. I called corporate and I am confident that they will be handling the situation.“
