06/25/2022 Be carefull when handing your debit/credit cards to the cashier at this Starbucks location. This morning the drive thru barista did not return the debit card back to me. It wasn't more than 5 minutes when I realized the debit card wasn't returned to me. It must of been a period of no more than 10 minutes and the barista/cashier had already charged the debit card with two more additional transactons of $24.95 each. It’s a busy week because of the concerts here at Coachella and it was super busy when I walked in, that being said a Barista named Dan was kind enough to help me get my drink for me I placed around 40 minutes prior. It’s people like Dan that make me enjoy starbucks because they don’t just make drinks, you can tell he genuinely cared for more than just the drink and wanted to make sure I was valued there. Stay awesome Dan, you the best!

This Starbucks Coffee Company is located in a busy area due to Coachella concerts. Customers call it a great place that makes perfect drinks and never disappoints. All crew members are super nice, polite, and happy to work. One visitor found it better than the Starbucks back home and highly recommends it. A specific barista named Dan was kind enough to help get a drink placed around 40 minutes prior, showing he genuinely cared. Another guest said Shawn was really cool and recommended the mocha cookie crumble, which was awesome. However, one customer reported an issue with a medicine ball drink through the drive thru. The total was $4.45, but the barista recorded $5.25 instead of the $5.45 handed over, giving incorrect change back. This customer had to park and go inside to get the correct change back.
