Barista with the Blue Bangs.Two words: Rude & Unpleasant.Her subtle pettiness, terrible customer service skills, and lack of communication during a mix up in my order really turned me off to this location. I had other interactions with two other workers; one was a tall blonde guy who was really nice and helped me out and then another staff member who took my order was also helpful. Great customer Service. The manager Eloy greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and recommended me the New FLAVORS. I would gave never tried if it weren't for him ! I'll definitely be coming back!

It's so good to have a Starbucks in the Cove neighborhood ! Staff are usually very friendly and efficient. Drinks taste wonderful, and I've never received a mistake on a drink order yet.
