You come in knowing what you want, and next thing you know you’re holding a drink wondering why you even came. It’s like coffee and memory don’t mix here sometimes.

Starbucks closing their sitting area for private events shouldn't be allowed. Can't make plans to sit and have a coffee if they're closed for podcaster training.

Starbucks in the Cove neighborhood is known for its friendly and efficient staff, who provide great customer service. The drinks are a highlight, always tasting wonderful and with accurate orders. The atmosphere is clean, although the location itself could use some improvement, as the area can be dirty and parking chaotic. Despite being short-staffed at times, the employees work hard and maintain a high level of professionalism. Many customers appreciate how the staff remember their orders and greet them with enthusiasm. The manager, Eloy, is also praised for his recommendations of new flavors. Although the store is due for a renovation, it remains a popular choice for regulars looking for an enjoyable coffee experience.
