I usually visit this location during lunch and food comes out quickly and hot! I visited in the evening and despite it not being too busy, our food took a long time. It must have been sitting in the back for a while because the hamburger was cold! Very disappointed with the service. We asked for a side of ranch and although we were told yes, it wasn't brought over and I had to go ask at the counter for it. I believed the hype and the hype was worth it! We only have 1 location in my area and this one was worth the drive. The food was very tasty and fresh, large portions that I couldn't finish in one sitting. I can't tell you the prices because I didn't pay ;) The service was good enough as we were in the drive through and I can't say much about the ambiance because we were once again outside lol. Definitely worth it

Ate here for the first time(drive thru) today. Had a "Fiery Chicken Sandwich." It was good. Could have used a pickle or garnish. There were a lot of items I missed on the order board. Looking forward to going back for hot pastrami. This place seems to be slightly elevated from the Carls Jr., Jack in the Box, McDonald's experience. It's definitely worth a try.
