UBE Matcha Latte. I could end the review with those three words. When I say this is a must order I mean it. It is sooo good and pretty. Look at those colors. The ube compliments the matcha flavor so well. None of that bitterness from the matcha that is typical. The ube masks that flavor with a subtle sweetness. I love it and got it two days in a row. Great coffee and the bibingka was to die for. Love that it was served in traditional banana leaves and the ube and pandan flavors were both really delicious. The staff was kind and the space itself was pretty nice as well, could definitely benefit from a but more seating but overall amazing experience and will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Moving here from Orange County, we haven't found a coffee shop we were excited about UNTIL TODAY! Sooo glad we stumbled upon Varraco. The menu and ambiance are exactly the vibes we were missing. Can't wait to come back to try the ube matcha latte next time.
