I got the Varraco Latte and it was so rich; so smooth; the froth on the top was so thick and creamy. It was not bitter at all!! This is a small and cute Filipino cafe that you should try, if you’re into coffee! Their coffees are different, which you can taste. They also have good pastries. Nothing special about them; they’re pastries; they’re tasty. I tried the cream cheese danish and it was good, but it wasn’t anything special. BUT!!!! The COFFEE, which is why you would go here, is absolutely fantastic. It’s right up my alley, so I recommend it!

It is a great place and a great location. It’s a small coffee shop, yet the service is high-speed - plenty of stuff is working there—fantastic food and pastries, sweet and savoury, hot and cold. Good coffee place. Their sandwiches are good here. The Pandan coffee tasted like Pandan, but it's not necessarily a good thing. There's better flavor that they serve. The Taro is definitely their best flavor to get. The brown sugar latte was also good.

UBE Matcha Latte. I could end the review with those three words. When I say this is a must order I mean it. It is sooo good and pretty. Look at those colors. The ube compliments the matcha flavor so well. None of that bitterness from the matcha that is typical. The ube masks that flavor with a subtle sweetness. I love it and got it two days in a row. The turkey club is also surprising good for being a cold sandwich. We just wanted to grab a quick bite before heading to the tennis tournament. The vibe and ambience is also really great. They actually roast the beans right in the lobby which makes it a very unique experience. The service is great and fast. Everything about this spot is amazing. 10/10 one of the best spots if not the best restaurant/coffee in the area. Thanks for the pretty drink!
Great coffee and the bibingka was to die for. Love that it was served in traditional banana leaves and the ube and pandan flavors were both really delicious. The staff was kind and the space itself was pretty nice as well, could definitely benefit from a but more seating but overall amazing experience and will definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

Moving here from Orange County, we haven't found a coffee shop we were excited about UNTIL TODAY! Sooo glad we stumbled upon Varraco. The menu and ambiance are exactly the vibes we were missing. Can't wait to come back to try the ube matcha latte next time.

Tried the ube iced latte and almond croissant. Both were great. Super cute and visually pleasing decor inside. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Also, yay for supporting Asian owned businesses.

Great coffee shop! Loved seeing a San Franciscan Roaster at work - coffee shop was busy and loved the gluten free and vegan choices - opted for a fruit tart this time since it looked so good and it was indeed awesome. It's a fully staffed shop so good customer service and immediate service which is a rarity nowadays with most local shops cutting down on staff which leads to stressed out staff. Will be back next time I am in Palm Springs!

Great Filipino Cafe!I ordered an Ube Latte that was very tasty! I also ordered the Spam Sandwich, Adobo Pandesal, and Ube Bibingka. Everything tastes great! The spam sandwich was good, but I would not order it again. The pandesal and bibingka were great. Would definitely recommend and return!
