Koffi Palm Springs Central is a great coffee shop and a hidden gem. This small establishment has dedicated parking available in the rear, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and a nice patio to hang out when weather is good. The outdoor space is so quaint, and the vibe is relaxed and easy. The staff is always efficient, friendly, and kind, offering excellent service coffee drinks and pastries. Coffee was delicious, and rolls and breakfast sandwiches as well as quiche looked delicious. Their overnight oats is delicious. It is a lovely bustling spot with great service and even better coffee. This place is always such a solid stop, consistently clean, and a beautiful spot to relax.
